This two-story year-round retreat offers its guests cozy and simple tranquility in the mountains of Alaska. Sit out on your private balcony while the sun is shining and take in stunning views of the forests and mountains beyond. Backinside, prepare meals in your full kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar. Enjoy the magical view of the mountains from the primary bedroom or living room.

Within a few walking blocks of this condo is the base of Alyeska Resort, giving you incredible year round easy access to the mountain.

Summers offer hiking and biking trails. A short walk or shuttle ride away, one can ride the Aerial Tram 2,000 feet up the North Face to stunning views of the Turnagain Arm, up to seven “hanging” glaciers and endless peaks deep into the Chugach Mountain range.

Winters offer some of the best skiing in the world. With everything from a professional ski school to challenging off-piste runs.

Located just 40 miles along the scenic Highway 1 from downtown Anchorage, the state's largest city. The town is also home to several gorgeous parks, a zoo, local universities, museums, and of course several shops and restaurants. The condo is well situated for day trips: Portage Glacier 25 miles, Hope 53 miles, and Seward 92 miles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
