Amazing Mid-Town condo with ocean views, 2 decks, beach access, AC, & WiFi

THe location was very close to the beach. You had a nice view of the ocean. Very secure with several door locks leading to your condo.

We loved our week at this condo. Super clean, great deck for eating meals and watching sunset or sunrise on the beach, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, the beach closet had lots of chairs and beach equipment like toys, games, and boogie boards, and located right at the beach entrance. There was plenty of parking and space on the beach. We walked to restaurants, ice cream and the stores all close by. We will be back.

A perfect stay, just steps from the beach. The host was responsive and professional. The place had everything our family needed to cook, play on the beach and have several great family nights. The location offered everything at walking distance (nice restaurants, ice cream, putt putt and more). Can’t wait to get back!

Had a communication gap between local management company and the corporate management company prior to check in. Had a few issues with actual property. Emailed them after to let them know about problems and never heard back.

Good location, clean and a cute condo!

Unfortunately our stay was not very enjoyable. 1) there are still two bags of dirty laundry outside our door I guess from the previous tenants 2) the water from the shower took a half hour to drain 3) we were unable to get in the storage to get the beach chairs and thanks to a helpful neighbor with some oil we were able to open it but only after 2 days. 4) we were awaken at 7 by loud crashing noises as there were worker cleaning the roof until 2:00 and on our last day they are here again. Of course no one warned us. And yes I did call Vacasa twice so end of story.

Place was very clean. The location was great as it was very close to beach access. And because the street is not at a crosswalk, there was less foot traffic and people on the beach. The place had nice space overall, and a spacious kitchen. We would recommend!

The title pretty much summarizes the impact of this property on our extended family vacation. One item that I feel would be worth mentioning is the beach supplies in the ground level locker. Had we known about these supplies it would have taken a lot of pressure off those of us (myself and my son) who packed a bunch of Beach accouterments that we could have done without. Otherwise, this was a fine spot for our extended family with ages from 18 month to nearly 70.

Check-in process was easy, place was well-appointed, and the kids especially loved the bunk beds (no one had to share!). We liked being on the top floor, but the stairs were a little challenging for little kids. Having said that, just a few notes to consider as follows. Guests staying in condo below us were partying and playing loud music past midnight during our entire stay. Luckily, the kids were so exhausted they were able to sleep. Also, the hall shower would not drain. Had to wait about 15 minutes between showers for it to drain so next person could go in without flooding bathroom floor. There was a loose floor board in hallway that could have been a trip hazard (we knew it was there and wasn't a problem). For cleaning staff: we found 2 pairs of dirty adult underwear in drawer in the room with bunkbeds. You may want to check the draws during turnover for any items left behind. Still - overall nice place and good stay.
