Stayed Aug 29, 2025Location, Location, Location. This townhouse is perfectly placed to give you access to the beach via an entrance across the street and walking into town. You can park the car and forget about it for the rest of your trip.

Stayed Aug 7, 2025The rental was very updated and clean. There was so much space and so close to the beach. The upstairs bedroom was a little warm. We had some issues finding the beach chairs but overall a great place and location. We could walk to everything in Montauk.

The place was clean and seemed newly renovated. Azza was very responsive and even let us have a late checkout. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

The owners were attentive and answered all our questions (before, and during our stay) within minutes of texting. The location couldn't have been more convenient to the beach, and a short walk to town. I would stay here again, without question!!
