*External Video Surveillance disclosure: please note, there is external video surveillance in the front of premises (outside door entrance area) and the rear of premises (towards rear outside area). There is no video surveillance inside of our Condo. Your privacy and security is our mission too!

** Special Travel Note: A rental car is highly recommended to take advantage of everything our island has to offer. Especially if you are going to visit all the major points of interest like all the area local beaches, Rainforest, the Spanish Fort, Old San Juan city, high mountain range coffee plantations, and inside island countryside towns. **Uber and Lyft will be spotty in some parts of the island coastal areas and inside island country areas. Save your precious vacation time by renting a car right there at the airport, freedom of travel in a rental car is the best experience here on the island.

**Our local beach is a short 5 minute drive straight down from the Condo, it is worth the visit since it has seven amazing emerald green color hues (hence the name Seven Seas).

Also, our local beaches, tree canopies, and rain forest are protected by govt. conservation laws; this prohibits the construction of private Condo buildings right on our treasured beaches.

    The host was friendly, warm and welcoming. He responded to questions promptly. The property is outstanding: newly renovated and a great view from the porch. The property is close to beaches, snorkeling & diving, kayaking and other activities.

    Picked Richard's property because of the view. Did not disappoint! Felt safe and secure at property . Close to most activities we selected. Richards recommendations were extremely helpful. We did the Bio Bay tour, rainforest, Culebra Island day snorkeling,.Old San Juan and fishing charter. Richard was very easy to communicate with. He went above and beyond when I asked for recommendations for a photographer for family photos. Karlota was wonderful and captured the moment perfectly when my son proposed on the beach! Special memories were made!

    My family and I loved Richard's condo! It was spacious and clean, with everything exactly as described in the listing. We loved the beautiful view and the pools. It was very convenient to have a designated (free) parking spot. Richard anticipated every need -- right down to bug spray and plastic cell phone sleeves for water activities. His list of recommendations helped guide our choices for restaurants and other activities. We loved El Caho -- the restaurant at the foot of the condo community. Can't say enough good things about this property and host! Fajardo is close to the ferries to Vieques and Culebra. Book early if you are planning to make use of them and want to get your tickets online!

    Everything about this condo is better than advertised. Family of 5 vacationing on Spring break. We spent every night on the porch after beautiful days out and about. The breeze with the doors open is amazing. Great location and unbelievable views. The pictures do not do it justice. Comfortable beds, great couch and perfect kitchen. AC is amazing although we hardly needed it. Make sure to check out Laquillo and 7 seas beach. Owner provided great suggestions for food and excursions.

    The property itself was clean and perfect for a family of four. Having a dishwasher and washer and dryer was key. The view is beautiful and enjoyed the gorgeous sunrise many mornings. The location is great, not far from grocery stores and we enjoyed having access to the marina 3 minutes away with a catamaran to Icacos and a boat to Culebra.
