Amazing 3 BR 2 BA Oceanfront Unit Large Indoor Pool

This was one of our favorite places we have stayed in in OC. It was so clean and comfortable. The view was great and we especially appreciated the comfortable furniture in the living room with plenty of seating for our family.

Beautiful and comfy condo. Owner responded very quickly to all my questions. Checkin was very simple, and condo was perfectly clean, spacious, and felt new. Lots of amenities, clean linens, towels, and perfect location. Condo building also has lots of activities, security and safety which is a bonus. Gorgeous views in the morning. We hope to rent this condo again.

The place was everything we expected and hoped for in a condo. Great view and location. Clean building with indoor pool and steps to the beach. Informative workers at the front desk was another nice perk.

We were very lucky to get this beautiful condo for our vacation last minute booking. The real unit was described truefully via marketing pictures with gorgeous beachfront ocean view. The condo complex itself is not fancy but this unit gave us a very pleasant and cozy feeling like home. It was very clean and decorated artistically like a model house with quality furniture. We got very prompt responses from the property manager. All communication and instructions were clear and detailed. Check in and check out were simple. Designated parking space for the unit made parking easy. Kitchen had enough supplies for cooking meals (we stayed in other places and could not cook even a simple meal due to the lack of cookware). Beds were comfortable. A/C worked well during our very warm stay. A big 65 TV is also a plus with Netflix, Prime, etc..We requested a late check out at 11am instead of 10am due to an expected job interview for my daughter's work and the property manager was happy to arrange it. We were very greatful for this gesture. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with this property. We will be back and hightly recommend it.

We had a great stay. Everything was nice and clean and was a nice little walk down to the beach. We even did the pool a day. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This condo will not disappoint.

Our weekend stay at the Capri was wonderful. The condo was gorgeous, clean and amazing. The ocean front balcony was perfect with outside chairs and table. This three bedroom is a prefect location for a family.

Clean unit with easy access into the building and unit. Perfect ocean view location. The building has heated pool, sauna, library, game room and gym.

The unit itself was awesome! Beautiful condition top to bottom. But a couple people at the front desk were positively rude. The older gentleman in particular was downright aggressive. i’m hesitant to trash him when he can’t defend himself and one of them was actually quite nice, but the older guy is awful. We were actually afraid of him.

The boys loved the large indoor pool and arcade. The adults loved the ocean front view, sauna and the balcony on the 2nd floor for watching the Cruisin' cars parade on Coastal Hwy.
