We had great time to stay in your property except the bath room , the tube is not draining the water so quick.
The apartment was very clean, and in a great location. It was surprisingly quiet for being in such a buzzy area. The communication with manager was excellent and check in and parking (paid for separately) was quick and easy. We'd stay there again without hesitation.
Comfortable apartment for family of four. Two block walk to the metro was perfect for getting to and from DC. Felt like a very safe neighborhood and our teenagers were able to go out and about a bit on their own. There were a couple of minor issues that came up with the apartment and I was very impressed with how quickly WeHost responded to us. Also appreciated having a garage available because we did have a car. Happy to pay the extra for the garage. It would've been helpful to have a second key to the apartment. But only one available.
Property is just like it is in the listing… It was clean and ready for our arrival. Check-in can be busy as the front desk is dealing with hundreds of other residents and people in the same boat… Parking in the underground garage was extra but worth it if you have your vehicle… The garage is very tight getting in and out. Overall, this was a good stay and we enjoyed our time… The property could benefit from having more cookware and towels…It was minimal. The dryer had a very hard time and took hours to dry simple loads of clothes. There was a bag of ice in the freezer so don’t know if that was a previous stay or it was provided but we appreciated having it. Communication with the property management team was available, but could be difficult as I believe their native language is Spanish. As I have mentioned, overall, it was a good stay, and I would stay at this property again. Having the pool to jump in at the end of the day was a real plus, and the pool restrooms were surprisingly clean.
When we arrived, the check-in was easy but the place had not been cleaned. It was really dirty with piles of garbage and food on the floor. We called the manager who answered quickly, but required proof before they would do anything. We sent pictures multiple times but they did not receive them. Finally, they agreed to move us, but we had to shift for only one night and return. So the time we spent moving around really ate into our short vacation. The manager said they would check into reimbursement for our trouble, but despite multiple requests we have not heard back. The place itself was as advertised. It is an inconvenience to have nearly no supplies in the kitchen. They really do only leave supplies for one or two days. Two pods for the dishwasher, no. Dishwashing soap, nose sponges or dish towels, no oven mitts, no sugar, pretty much nothing but a stove, few pots, and plates and dishware. I do not believe this place is worth the money.
Enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is located in a great area and it is just two blocks away from a metro station which made traveling into the city every day very easy. The apartment layout is nice, the living room and kitchen is in the middle with the two bedrooms on opposite sides of it to give good privacy between them. The rooms have plenty of space and everything was clean. The WiFi was good and the TV had decent options for all the streaming apps, etc. You can arrange to have a parking space in the garage located directly under the building. Accessing the garage was very easy with just a key fob so going in and out each day is easy. It did cost extra ($20/day) so it is not included but that is a reasonable cost for the convenience in my view if you will have a car. There was a good grocery store within walking distance which was nice as well. Our only real complaint was that the kitchen was very minimally supplied. There are just a couple smaller pans, there was no baking sheets and just a few utensils. Also, no pot holders, hand towels or dish towels. So if you plan to use the kitchen keep that in mind. We made it work and still made several meals. If you will not be a big user of the kitchen then this will not matter. We stayed here with our family and went into DC several days using the metro to see the sites and it worked well. Overall we were very pleased with the unit and would recommend it.
We spent a week at this lovely property in March 2023. Great location, very close proximity to the Metro and several restaurants and a grocery store. Very spacious--even bigger than it looked in the photos--and the two bedrooms plus a family room were a great match for our family, providing sufficient room for two teenagers who sometimes need their space. Easy process, and a front desk manned at all times so there were no concerns when we arrived later in the evening than expected. This seemed like a new property, both in terms of its good and clean condition but also in that it was somewhat minimally furnished. The kitchen in particular would benefit from some basics (glasses over 6 oz in size, hand towels, measuring cups, ice tray, heat pads, a strainer); it was a little challenging to cook. Other sundries like more bath and hand towels for the bathroom, and more than 2 packets for the dishwasher and laundry, would also be welcome for those staying for a full week. This condo will benefit from these additions but we found it a good value and well worth our visit. Highly recommended!
