Amazing 2 BR/2.5 BA, 29/30th Floor Penthouse

Highly recommend this beautiful condo. It’s so well managed with great communication leading up to our stay and the host met us as scheduled for a tour and to get all instructions. The condo has an incredible view, all the amenities you’d need and the location is perfect for wandering out for food or catching an uber to explore other further neighbourhoods. The beds were comfy, the condo was very clean and we would stay here again. The only note that I didn’t realize was laundry is in the basement of the condo and requires tokens and soap to be purchased from a neighbourhood store. We were too busy to do all that so made due without. Didn’t impact our stay but sharing in case that’s important info for a future renter. Again really great host and such a treat to stay here.

The apartment speaks for itself and is spectacular. But what made our trip even better was the staff, Andres, Emmanuel and Marcellas. Not that we needed them much but they did check you in and very kindly kept our luggage in their office after we checked out on the last day and weren’t going to the airport till 5 PM. Our Internet went out for a bit which happens and they fixed it quickly. They’re in the building so they’re available if you need them, and they don’t bug you if you don’t.

Beautiful apartment with an amazing location! The communication with the property owner was great & made it very easy for the check in process.The neighborhood was clean and safe for walking to near by restaurants.The only “knock”, and there’s nothing that the owners can do, is that the gym is above you and there’s some banging in the morning from weights.I still give it a 10 out of 10 be side everything else was spectacular!

The apartment was clean, modern and comfortable. Communications with the owner before our trip were very helpful and response time was very quick. The location of the apartment was great for easy access to all the city had to offer.

Many have said it already--the photos and description don't lie. Seems like an outstanding location; certainly was for us. The views incredible day or night. Loved the design and use of space--great for two couples.Two comparable bedrooms plus lots of spaces (kitchen, living room, two balconies) for everyone to have some alone time if needed. Everything seemed in good repair. And did I mention the coffee machine? Communication with host Alan was extremely helpful. The management team is helpful and on site, though only during office hours. Even the security guards at the gate made us feel welcome. The kitchen is well equipped though you will need to supply all grocery items beside coffee and tea. There were shops nearby to pick up milk, fruit, bread, meat, etc. This was the priciest option that we'd considered for our week long stay in Buenos Aires, and we almost went with a more economical option. But everytime we gazed out those windows at the views and sat out on that ENORMOUS terrace, we knew we'd made the right choice. Go ahead and splurge on this one, folks, it's worth it!

Amazing property in Old Palermo. The view of BA id spectacular ftom all points. Very easy checkin process. Emanuel took the time to make he showed us how everything works. Everything worked perfectly. The apartment was spotless. From booking through check put the team really ensured we were happy and dafe. Perfect 4 days.

We could not have been happier with this great apartment. The terrace and all the glass was incredible - views for miles! It was also well appointed and perfectly clean. Owner sent us some detailed and helpful info ahead of our stay and apartment management team was lovely at check in as well. Fabulous walkable location too.

This condo is amazing and not just for the wonderful, picturesque views you get from sunrise to sunset. It is centrally located in Palermo which is central to all tourist attractions in Buenos Aires. The check in was a breeze with Manuel who met us at the property and explained all the features in the condo and left us with a contact number in case we needed any assistance. Everyone in our party enjoyed the condo and we would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the beautiful city of Buenos Aires.
