Amazing 2 Bed 2 Bath Condo on the Lake just Updated

We really like a gated community. Condo was quiet, clean, and easy to find.

Property was recently updated and they did a good job. The biggest issue with any property at Southwood Shores is always parking

Condo was great, the only suggestion I have is adding some form of shade or light blocking curtains to the main bedroom. It was pretty bright early in the morning when we were trying to sleep in.

The host was very helpful, and the condo was very clean, comfortable, and spacious!

Loved the condo for our little family get away. The view was beautiful yet could have been clearer.Perfect ambiance for a lazy-rainy Saturday. Our daughter (age 4) peacefully slept in the spare bedroom by herself through the whole night! The beds are extremely comfortable. The showers looked clean. The adults did not take an actual shower due to the hot water smelling of rotten eggs. (Sewer problems.) So we just used cold water and get what we could. HahahaWe would stay there again.

Very clean great rental for a little girls trip ! I always appreciate the small touches in a rental, like laundry pods and available trash bags and this rental measured up in every way. We certainly got our steps in going down to the pool! Plenty of parking, great restaurants near by, we can’t wait to stay again. :)

Great place to enjoy a get away! Indoor pool and out door pool were fantastic and topped it off with a dip in the hot tub.

Property well maintained, nice and clean. Comfortable beds. Property was close to things we wanted to do. We were able to see fireworks from the pool area which was a plus. Thanks for hosting our family.

The property was very well maintained and in a great location. We had a beautiful view of the lake. The inside was very comfortable.

I really enjoyed my time at Stephanie’s condo. The check-in info was very clear, and the photos accurately represent the condo. We used the kitchen regularly during our stay and found it nicely equipped. It has a dishwasher and a stackable washer/dryer in the adjacent closet. The living room is large and the couch is super comfortable. Although it was very hot in Missouri during our stay, we didn’t feel it while at the condo. The AC worked great, and a large tree provides a lot of shade while out on the deck. We spent a lot of time out there enjoying the shade and the breeze. You might find yourself fighting over who gets the master BR! It has an en-suite BA, a large bed, and windows along two sides of the room. The other BR is much smaller, but thankfully both beds are very comfortable. There are a lot of vacation rentals in the complex and it might be difficult to get a parking space right near your door, but I didn’t have any issues finding a close space in June. There is an outdoor pool at the very bottom of the hill and an indoor pool at the community entrance. There is also a small area for kids with a swing set. I recommend this unit for a couple, a family, or a few friends traveling together. Since it’s a middle unit, we could hear the upstairs renters running around and opening doors. It wasn’t too much of a disturbance but something to consider when deciding on where to stay. Overall, we had a great visit and would definitely stay there again.

We had a nice time here. Loved the deck out back with the big oak trees and birds all around.

We were HIGHLY impressed with our stay. Very clean and kid friendly place. The condo included extra blankets and kitchen necessities. We cannot wait to come back to four seasons and hopefully stay in this condo again!

Wonderful condo, has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Balcony view is beautiful. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Very clean, perfect for 4 adults. Close to everything. Looks exactly like it does in the posting. Highly recommend.

This is a lovely property. Both beds were so comfortable as were the pillows. It was great to sit on the balcony and enjoy morning coffee. Did not have the opportunity to use the indoor pool or hot tub, but sat down by the outdoor pool, which was right on the lake. Plenty of chairs and shady areas if you don’t want the sun. We would definitely stay here again!
