Amazing 14th floor views! Perfect for Couples! 4344BS2

The room was comfortable and clean. The view was lovely. There were a few scuffed places near the baseboards but overall the condition of the property was good.

Beach view was awesome but I actually got moved to the 10th floor.

What you see in the pictures is what you get, which was great. It's a corner unit which allows for more privacy. We had a wonderful time, would stay again.

Two things would have made it even better a softer bed and less people. Only one of which is in their control.

We were able to wake up with the sun everyday because of the large windows/balcony right off the bed!

I loved the location and our room. It had some construction on the elevator I didn’t love but very safe nice place!!

Excellent location with great view but the property was a tired and outdated condo with various issues. We had good communication with the property manager until we addressed the issues and never heard from them again. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to my friends. We didn’t let it affect the fun we had on our vacation because we love Destin but won’t be back to this condo.

Updated floors (no carpet in the living room like it shows in the picture) No beach chairs in unit which I feel like would be an added bonus. Other than that, nearly perfect place for the price. We didn’t use the tram but free tram passes available to get around the resort. We had a minor issue and we called to get it fixed and they came to fix it that day. Would definitely recommend ☺️
