Stayed Jul 30, 2023Overall the condo was just as viewed on vrbo~clean and spacious for the 2 of us. We really didn’t like the parking and long walk to actually get into the condo. The condo is right beside the elevator and that’s all we heard all night. We also smelled a sewer smell in the bathroom the entire week. The beach area directly in front of the condos is taken by rental chairs and that makes the area very limited to where we could set up our own chairs and umbrella. It made the beach area available very crowded.

Stayed Jun 19, 2023Arrived, room was ok. View is beautiful but I will never stay here again. You hear police sirens for hours all throughout the night, motorcycles like their right outside your door. The people above is were smoking cigarettes and weed and ashing all over my kids. I reported it to security, I was informed that smoking cigarettes is allowed on the balconies of the condos. We were kept up all night every night. Beach chair services was insanely ridiculous, the men working them were giving guests different prices and price gouging and for a single mom of two I cried both days I tried to rent them because they'd up the price each time. I informed the hosts of the condo and was told this is a normal thing this time of year. Their pool bar closes at 7 and only has one bartender. The elevator situation was ridiculous. If you choose to stay in this unit bring pillows and blankets and the bed is as hard as a rock. Bring toilet paper and coffee grounds as they don't have a keurig. I saved for a year to try the beach in this condo with my kids, it was the worst vacation we've ever had. I cried every day because we were all miserable and disgusted at the treatment we received. 1700 plus hundreds in overpriced food and drinks, gone and not worth it. Stay somewhere else, we will stick to Destin in the future.

Stayed Jun 15, 2023We loved everything about this condo, but the one thing that stood out the most was it cleanliness. It felt like being at home. Everything was was crisp and clean even the balcony, and that in itself is a plus. I love how the condo was decorated it was quite lovely. It had everything we needed for our visit. Hats off to the owner and their cleaning crew. If I could rent this same condo on my every visit I would. Felt so much like home.
