Alpine Meadows Condo

Couldn't be better located for skiing at Alpine. Also a great location for exploring all of the Lake Tahoe area.

Stayed there for 3 nights during the summer. The place is very well located, a short drive from Tahoe city. The place was clean and the check-in/out process was very smooth. Lots of towels for everyone and more than enough beds. Great for a large group everyone was super impressed with the place and would recommend to their friends!

Overall it was a nice little vacation the only thing I’d say is about the showers, the shower hoses are bad, the water goes everywhere because they’re not well adjusted or who knows what it else it might need, other than that everything else was great! I also forgot my daughter iPad in the house right by all the board games and would really appreciate if you guys can ship it out to my place, I’d really appreciate that! Thank you guys so much!

This property had no A/C, which was awful when its's 86+ out. Its never mentioned in the listing, which I feel it should be. The unit itself, I feel is slowly sinking beneth the master bdrm. I did not feel safe. The mstr windows did not close properly and neither did the mstr bdrm door. You could feel yourself walking downhill. The upstaris was a sauna most of the time. Also the internet was extremley slow and the TV rarely worked. Other than that, the property was clean and nice. Beds were comfy.

I'd say this is probably a better place for renting in the winter, given the proximity to Alpine lodge. For summer, it's still quite nice, but not as close to the lake if you want to go to the beach. The only fly in the ointment was that the property wasn't ready at the 3pm move-in time, as the cleaning crew flaked on the day of our check in. We had to wait a couple of hours to check in after driving up for the Bay Area. When we unpacked, the bath towels were still in the dryer, and not dry, so we ran them for a cycle. When we checked out, the cleaning crew was basically sitting outside the property, waiting for us to check out, which I found off-putting. The property folks shaved a little off the price, which was nice. Overall, it was a fine time, and we had a good stay in Tahoe.

Had a great stay at the condo - clean and comfortable. Our kids especially liked sleeping in the bunk beds.

The only note that I would make is about the furniture at the condo is quite uncomfortable if you want to sit around the fireplace and/or watch tv. I would suggest getting a good quality couch.
