Perched above the valley, the condo offers sweeping views that change throughout the day, from hot air balloons drifting by in the morning to golden sunsets, alpenglow, and star-filled nights.

This 300 sq ft condo is compact, efficient, and intentionally designed. Large windows bring in abundant natural light and frame scenic views in nearly every direction. A shared balcony located just outside the unit offers additional vantage points, with views extending north and south for miles.

Located in a quiet residential area adjacent to Steamboat Ski Area, Alpine Edge provides easy access to skiing, the ski shuttle, and nearby winter trails, while still offering a peaceful place to relax after a full day outdoors.

THE SPACE

Alpine Edge is a freshly remodeled, top-floor one-bedroom condo with a simple, easy layout that works well for one or two guests.

The space includes an eat-in kitchen stocked with extra items for simple meal preparation, a small living area with seating and dining space, a private bedroom, and a full bathroom.

Large windows bring in natural light throughout the condo. The living room window faces west, offering expansive mountain and river valley views. In the bedroom, the window looks toward the ski area, where gondolas move across the mountain and alpenglow settles on the peaks.

The living area includes a double-size sofa bed suitable for one adult or a child. A 55-inch smart TV with streaming access and an easy-to-use remote is provided. The bedroom features a comfortable bed with organic linens, a wardrobe, dresser, and soft lighting. The bathroom is clean and stocked with essentials.

KITCHEN AND DINING

The kitchen is well stocked for simple meal preparation and casual dining. Due to the size of the condo, it may not meet the needs of guests planning extended cooking or requiring specialized equipment.

LOCATION

Alpine Edge is located adjacent to Steamboat Ski Area with convenient access to skiing, the ski shuttle, winter trails, and year-round mountain recreation. It is a good fit for guests seeking a clear, organized, and quiet home base close to the ski area.

GUEST ACCESS AND IMPORTANT NOTES

The condo is located on the top floor. Stairs are required to reach the unit, and there is no elevator. Guests who prefer step-free access may want to consider this before booking.

The balcony is shared and may be used by neighboring units. Views may vary depending on weather, season, and lighting conditions.

This is an older building and is not completely soundproof. Guests may occasionally hear minimal sounds from adjacent units.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

This is a small space designed for one to two guests. A couple traveling with a child may be a good fit. There is limited space for large luggage or oversized gear.
