Beautiful condo and the owner was fantastic!My only complaint is that I didn’t know how many niceties were already there for us to use: sunscreen, beach towels, aloe! We left spray cooking oil to add to the collection of usefulness.

We loved this play! The unit had everything we needed! The bed was so comfortable!

The kitchen was lovely and fully equipped with everything you could think of. It was very large, clean, and modern. Loved the sofa that turned into a king size day bed. The mattress was extremely comfortable for my grown daughter. Also loved having two full bathes. We thoroughly enjoyed our say.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The host was beyond excellent; friendly, attentive, and very easy to communicate with. The condo was spotless, well stocked with linens, blankets, towels etc. The kitchen had everything you needed for easy cooking; pots & pans, plates, bowls, glasses, coffee cups, coffee maker, & toaster etc. He even included beach extra's like: bogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs & towels. Perfect location and an easy walk the the Ritz Carlton Turtle Bay! Such a delight. Highly recommend!!

Great communication with Kama on check-in process and overall tips for the area. Great location with nearby beaches and access to surfing and snorkeling spots. Appreciated the extra towels and washer & dryer. Would recommend!

Large bed, nice area, clean space, walking distance to great places.

Host was nice but didn’t disclose that there is construction about 200 yards away that was loud and noisy. A person was mowing and leaf blowing for a few hours on our first day there. We were trying to relax and sleep after our 20 hour travel time and trying to get away from hearing mowing all the time in our hometown. The lady that lived upstairs did not like us. Her and her family kept staring us down when we would see them in the parking lot. We also could hear her every move through the ceiling that is paper thin. It’s seemed like she was purposely stomping around to bother us more. Did not enjoy.

Our stay at the condo was top notch. Fama and Bernie were the best. We hope to return soon. Love the location and golf course.

Truly was an absolutely perfect rental. We will definitely be coming back next time we stay on Oahu. Please change nothing

We loved everything about this stay! Check-in was super easy and the location is a nice short walk to the beach and close to the pool. The unit is very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were there during a tsunami warning/evacuation and both the owner and property manager reached out to make sure we were ok and stayed in touch with updates throughout the evacuation period. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Communication with Kama was friendly and clear. He is so accommodating. The condo was just perfect for us and our children (12 and 14 years) with clothes washing (and drying) and really nice kitchen that was very well equipped.Comfortable living dining area with lovely patio looking onto unused golf course with native Hawaiian wader birds like plover, coot and stilt.The main bedroom bed was absolutely magnificent...size and design. We’re so glad we stayed here at the condo in Turtle Bay. My girls were all wishing we could have stayed there even longer, haha. It was close to beaches and all kinds of fun things to do all along the North Shore. We went to the Polynesian Cultural Center in Laie, a short drive away, Waimea Falls, and of course Turtle Bay Beach and resort, plus more! Definitely recommend staying here for a great time in Oahu!

The rental had beach chairs and towels which were a nice touch.

The property was great and served our needs very well. Our family of four had plenty of room to sleep and having two bathrooms was great. All the details were thought of - we appreciated the use of the beach chairs and boogie boards!

Kamakani had great instructions for our arrival and was ready to help with whatever we might have needed. The place was clean and well stocked. Easy walk to the beach and resort. Nice condo pool. I plan on staying again if available.

This condo gave us convenient access to everything around the North shore. Make sure you take advantage of the secret path to the ocean by cutting through the golf course through the woods. You will be awarded with your own private beach! We went at sunset and watched the sky darken to twinkling stars. Also the bay next to the resort is perfect for getting your beginner snorkel skills perfected. Kama had everything you need for your beach visit—no need to buy chairs, cooler, etc.The beach is family friendly, and you have bathroom facilities. We ate dinner at Roy’s. It was one of the best dinners we had in Hawaii.

The location was perfect for our travels around the island. Beaches were dun and lots of them. Kama was great at giving us suggestions for the type of vacation we wanted.!!!

We enjoyed our stay during our 7 year old daughter’s spring break. It was our first time staying in the North Shore and we absolutely loved it. The condo was clean, check in and departure was smooth and communication was excellent.The condo is kid friendly. We enjoyed using the washer and dryer, pool towels, beach toys and chairs. They even have a boogie board and snorkels. We also loved Ted’s, Foodland and Kahuku Sugar Mill (Food Trucks) being a short drive away to get food. It might not be as fancy and modern as other condos in the neighborhood, but it met all our needs and we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay there again.

The house is lovely, large, well equipped, clean, and perfect for us. Kama and Bernie the owners are the best! They reached out to be sure our arrival went smoothly, that we had everything we needed, and thanked us as we left. Turtle Bay is our North Shore favorite and we will be booking our next trip to this wonderful house very soon.

Our stay in this condo was absolutely perfect. It was clean and peaceful. We had an easy time communicating with the owner/manager who was very nice & responsive. We will stay here again when we visit the area in the future. 10/10 would recommend

We had a great stay! We were only there for 2 nights but it was very central on the North Shore, with a close beach in walking distance. Communication with property management was super easy! Highly recommend!

We walked to the beach every morning and was one of our favorite parts of our day. The beaches were quiet and peaceful.

It was a quiet area short walk to the beach.

Condo was everything we needed, no frills, great location, comfortable bed. We loved being on the North Shore and this place made everything super accessible. Turtle Bay was a lovely beach to walk to, and great sunset viewing. King bed was very comfortable, kids slept well on the provided futon pads in the living room. We also appreciated the boogie board, umbrella, chairs and beach toys provided!

After having spent five days in Honolulu, it was very refreshing to visit the North Shores and the drive to the property was relaxing and very Hawaiian. The property management was courteous, helpful, and maintained great communication. The room is clean and with all needed items available, i.e., AC, utensils, towels, etc. The location is less than 10 mins walking from the beach and the Kuilima Cove for snorkeling. All in all, I shall return. Thanks, Kama and Bernie.

Mom, Sister, daughter and I were able to enjoy this cute little condo near Turtle Bay. Clean, and accommodating. Kitchen fully stocked and could contact manager or owner and they wouls respond within minutes!!Owner even stayed uo late to buzz us into the gate when our plane got in super late due to a delay.Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time on Oahu’s North Shore! The property was clean and spacious. It’s in a great location, walking distance from a few restaurants and the beach, and driving distance to other attractions. There were some water-heater issues during our stay, but the owner, Kama, was very attentive and helped to solve the problem quickly and efficiently. He was easy to communicate with and easy to get a hold of when we needed him. We can’t wait to go back to Hawaii and stay with Kama again!

The condo was clean, as described and located with easy access to shopping and restaurants. It had everything we needed, and all appliances worked well. There were plenty of beach chairs to watch surfing and sunsets. Communication with management was prompt and efficient. Can’t wait to visit again.

We loved spending a few days on the North Shore. This area is great. The condo fit our needs perfectly. The host was very welcoming, accommodating and had great communication.

The condo location was perfect for our North Shore stay and free parking was a huge bonus. Approx 10 min walk to Turtle Bay resort beach that had a nice swimming area. Beach chairs and boogie boards were at the condo for us to enjoy. There was a nice small pool that was a perfect temperature. The condo itself is nice, but dated. It's could use a big refresh. The curtains were dirty, sheets for the pull out bed had holes in them. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash was fully stocked, which was nice. I had to pull out a nightstand and the couch to plug in a phone and it was very dirty with old water bottles left behind. The shower head popped off one morning while showering, thankfully we were able to put it back on. The tub and eneuite shower were in rough shape. There were tiny bugs on the kitchen counter all of the time. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were spices for cooking. No Keurig coffee machine, just a regular coffee pot. No coffee, but there was creamer. It was great to have laundry, it would have been nice to have 1 or 2 laundry pods. We had to buy a large jug of laundry detergent for 1 load. Would I stay again? Definitely in the same location, but a more updated condo.

We loved our stay! Kama and Bernie were great hosts. I wish he had spent more days at this place as it's close to the beach, the resort, and many great food places. We would love to stay here again!

We completely enjoyed our stay. The condo is in a.great location (short walk to beach and Ritz Carlton) and is fully equipped. They have everything you would expect plus more. Kitchen has most everything. There are extra linens, beach towels, beach chairs...even a couple boogie boards! There are also air conditioners in the bedroom and living room. If you need them, they can be a little loud. Ear plugs help. Hosts provide good communication aand are very responsive. I'll book again.

Loved the location and being right next to the resort. The property was clean, and had everything I needed for a great stay.

We enjoyed staying a few nights here while on Island. Great spot to walk to the beach or dinner at Roys. We enjoyed the pool area with our friend's kids one afternoon and it was great. The A/C is bedroom is a portable unit, but it did a great job. The living room A/C stopped working after the first day, but not a big deal since there was a nice breeze.

The property was everything we needed and more, it was perfect for our brief stay. We could have comfortably accommodated two more guests if need be. I hope to be back soon and for a more extended stay. Mahalo.

We got in late but check-in directions and communication with property managers made it seamless~ condo was stocked with plenty of starter amenities and more. They had sunscreen and aloe which were life savers!! We were so eager to go the the beach we didn’t go to the store to pick up our own and my daughter got burned the first day 😬 I loved having the washer and dryer to clean all our clothes before heading to Waikiki for the remainder of our vacation~ I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

This rental definitely exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness of the place was immaculate. I understand some critters visiting due to the islands atmosphere, there were none the entire stay which was really futons. The extra futons were super comfortable. The pull out bed was extra large and comfortable. The small hotel style shampoo, conditioner and lotion were a very nice touch. The kitchen had everything we needed and more which was amazing for those moment you wish you had scissors or tongs for bacon :) The best part was the checkout, nothing was required except turning on the dishwasher. Although we did some bedding/towels laundry to help out. Overall we loved the stay and would 100% recommend this rental.

We had a great time for our getaway. The kitchen was equipped with everything we might need including spices and ziplock bags. The toiletries were ample. It’s close to the perfect beach for families…. Offering waves, shells, sea glass to be found and shallow areas for our young kids on a rock shelf during low tide.

Cute and comfy. Unit was clean and having a few additional items - laundry detergent, shampoo, foil, etc. Host was very communicative.
