Every time we check in we feel right at home!! Owners are easy to work with. Condo is close to great food and local businesses. No need to ever look anywhere else!!

Stayed Oct 9, 2024The condo needed to be updated, it also needed a deep cleaning, very dirty. The tile on the floor chipped everywhere, the countertop cracked by the sink. We’ve stayed at this complex in other units for 20 years never had this problem.

Stayed Apr 23, 2024The Hoyochi Nikko is a small and well cared for complex, with everything we could want. My daughter (18) and I snorkeled from the beach in front of the property, and enjoyed incredible morning rainbows and evening sunsets from our lanai. Unit was clean and well apportioned. Very comfortable bed. We had a wonderful time.
