Well maintained and well appointed condo in a beautiful community. The views were breathtaking and we enjoyed many mornings and evenings listening to the crashing waves and watching the sky.

This was our 5th trip to the Big Island and this was the best location and condo of all of them. Lovely BIG lanai with gorgeous view. We could see the Manta Ray boats at night. Kitchen was big and loaded with everything. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room. A couple of us are older and had a little trouble with the entry stairs but we got better towards the end of the stay. Condo also had lots of water toys, cooler, rain ponchos and much more. It was very clean, and a book had good instructions on how to run everything. Security was good and seemed fairly modern with an electronic gate key for the car. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

The pictures did not do this property justice! Its a beautiful condo with amazing views of the water! We loved having coffee on the lanai in the mornings and watching the waves! The condo was plenty big enough for our group of 7. The condo was very well stocked with everything we needed. Even had shampoo and conditioner in all the bathrooms. Better than any other plac we have stayed. Location was great! We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and set up for us. We had two families. Seven people total. Perfect space, great balcony on the bay and the ocean side pool was very nice. Just enough off the beaten path and clise enough to Kailua. Couldn't have enjoyed our stay any more.

The listing is accurate. The views are gorgeous. The only drawback was a couple of minor plumbing issues and a major paving project in the complex. Once those are fixed/complete, it should be back to a 5 star experience. Owner was very responsive and friendly.

We can only list positive comments on this place. The complex sits on its own peninsula with the common ground kept in Tip-Top shape. The apartment is beautiful, was super clean and everything was in working order the entire time. It is stocked with all kinds of cooking appliances and utensils. There is a nice supermarket 5 minutes away so we prepared most of our meals at home (Gas BBQ by the pool). In terms of access to the Island, we thought its central location was ideal. The staff and owner were all very friendly and helpful and the rental process is very straightforward and organized. We actually were referring to the apartment as Home. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Our family had a wonderful stay. This property is in a great location. Great view of the ocean! We particularly appreciated having access to the cooler and boogie boards. The kitchen is also well stocked with anything you might need.

Wonderful location and amenities. We would love to come back and stay again.
