Great view from inside and from the balcony. Easy access to the beach. Comfortable beds and furniture. Unit was clean and check in was easy. Would stay here again!

I've stayed at Carolyn's other property on the first floor. This was my first time on the second floor with two bedrooms. All the neigjbors were wonderful I like this neighborhood alot. Great place.

I have stayed here twice, and I like the location with the beach view, and the acceptance of dogs in the condo. (Most of the people staying in this condo have dogs) Overall, this is the reason that I have stayed here twice: #1: The view of the beach and ocean from the living room is good. #2: This condo in general is accepting of dogs. #3: There are 2 separate bedrooms; each with their own bed. The unit is on the second floor, so there is not too much noise like you would get on the ground units. Some improvement recommendations for the owner: #1: I would recommend that the owner plan some periodic renovations to keep the condo modern. (I believe it is an HOA condo, so there may be red tape on what renovations can be done. But, I would recommend that the kitchen cabinets and toilet be updated, and the interior should be re-painted every 4-5 years with a nautical colored theme such as sea foam) #2: The 3rd party maid service that the owner is using should be making sure that they are cleaning the following: master bedroom wall air conditioning filter, bathroom shower sliding door guides, and under the furniture in the living room. Overall, I would stay here again; as it is hard to find a dog friendly condo for 2 dogs, or for dogs over 35 pounds.

We had the best time staying at yhe host property! We enjoyed the ocean view and walk down to the ocean! We rate this very high especially for pet owners. The kitchen is well stocked. We had a great trip and look forward to coming back!

We really enjoyed our visit in this home. It had every thing we needed and extras. Thanks for the extras!!! We didn't have to run out on the first night to supply anything. Just right for the two of us and our grandson. Only suggestion would be a rope at the top of the dune to pull yourself up the tall dune!!! LOL. It was a climb~
