Alluring Beachfront Condo | Pool & View of Lagoon

This stay exceeded our expectations - the condo is actually even nicer than the pictures portray. Very comfortable stay with my husband and two daughters. Having a 2nd bedroom and a kitchen made the stay just relaxing and everything was in well kept condition/clean. Plenty of towels for bathrooms & beach, wheeled cart for beach (+chairs, etc.). The beach is gorgeous but be prepared that it is a very wide beach at Marco so it's a ~1/4 mile walk to the water (not an issue for our group). Fantastic stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment was great with very nice views. The walk to the ocean was much much longer than the 300 ft as described in the rentals information. This should be corrected, we chose this location based on the distance to the water since we had my 76 year old mother with us. The walk was more like 2,000 ft to the water and was difficult for her to make. I would recommend this location only to people capable of walking that far in extreme heat.

This was a great property for our family of 4! Separate bathrooms, and even had a hall door to close off from the main space and limit early morning kitchen noises from snoozing teens. You cannot beat the sunset from the patio. Breathtaking. All the beach gear is included in the closet plus plenty of beach towels. 4 chairs + umbrella. Would recommend to add a second umbrella, as having one for 4 chairs was a bit tight. They did have a beach cart, but we had already rented a beach wagon from a local vendor. Also rented a golf cart which was fun to tool around the island. The building is the furthest from the main beach, but the closest to Tigertail. Either way it's a bit of a walk. I timed myself walking from our property gate, to the ocean edge, and it was 6 minutes, and a little longer when pulling gear. All in all, would highly recommend, and would stay again!

It’s easy to miss when everything just falls into place and you don’t have a single problem. I’ve stayed here several times and rarely submit a review. The condo always seems to have a little more than I expect, and we have never had the slightest need to talk to management. Location is great! We always come in after hours and leave before hours seamlessly. Will be back.
