Stayed Jul 3, 2025First let me say how pleasant the Casago staff was, and helpful and attentive. However, This property appeared to have not been really cleaned or taken care of in months, if not years. Much of the deck and plastic furniture was in disrepair, and the entire deck and furniture was FILTHY!! We could not even sit out there before scrubbing the furniture down. I notified Casago immediately, and they sent cleaners the next day. But, the cleaners were not prepared for the dirt and problems. They did the best they could. I would not recommend staying here until this unit is repaired/remodeled and deep cleaned. I don’t ming things being older and not updated, but cleanliness and safety are a big concern for me. It appears the owners have not been there, or care nothing about their property. It is in no condition to rent as is.

Stayed Feb 20, 2025The condo is in a great location. The unit was dated relative to price. Having to take trash to the drop off location was not good. Carrying trash through a resort is uncalled for. Checkout was very difficult due to a severe shortage of carts and valet parking was understaffed.

Stayed Feb 1, 2025We had a wonderful time at the condo. It was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed for th meals we cooked. The location was excellent! Very convenient for skiing. The locker combinations for the ski lockers were not correct, but a helpful attendant got the updated combinations. They said that it happens a lot. My only complaint in the condo was the master bed, the mattress and linens need to be updated. Mattress was very uncomfortable. Other than that I would highly recommend this condo.

Stayed Jul 18, 2024The unit was huge, clean and we had zero issues during our stay. Allegheny is perfectly located in the village for easy access to everything the mountain has to offer.
