Excellent location. The pool was wonderful. The room was very cute and just what we needed.

Amenities were thoughtful and well placed, beds were very comfortable, and the location was perfectly convenient with Ball Hooter lift out the back door, skitter hill along the back, mountain lodge right next door (indoor playground) and restaurants a few steps away. It was all the comfort we needed as a family. We will definitely stay again!

Property was as described. The property owner was wonderful. One complaint, which is not related to the condo, is that everything was closed the entire time our trip was scheduled. Apparently the whole resort closes down Mondays-Wednesdays during the off season. This was very disappointing.

The location of the unit is excellent, right in the heart of the village and very close to the Hareball ski lift. The unit worked well and accomodated 5 of us nicely.

Second time staying in this room for the gncc. Perfect location in the village. Nice pool and pool area. Room clean and plenty of space. Only had 6 towels for 7 people for 3 nights though.

Location location location, this place is in the perfect location. Easy access, unloading of car and parking nearby (you normally wont need your car again until you leave), right in the middle of the town center and walk out onto the slopes.We stayed with 5 guys (original plan was 4). Its a little smaller then we are used too but it all worked out. The apt is pretty quiet which is nice and has easy access to the everything. We loved the 2 large communal hot tubs after a long day of skiing.Would definitely stay here again.

This condo was very nice with easy access to ski lockers in building and very close to the village and slopes; walking distance was minimal! We would stay here again!

The condo is located in the center of the village, offering clean accommodations and comfortable beds. However, the kitchen could benefit from additional silverware and baking trays.

We've stayed at Alleghany Springs many times. We've never been disappointed or blown away with a unit so we've never left a review. Decided to try a new unit. I messaged owner about how many TV's but she wasn't sure and would find out. No response. After 4 1/2 hr drive, we couldn't check in, no reservation was made by host. I called host, left voice-mail, she called and made reservation right then. This 4 night stay was a chill getaway. Swim, jacuzzi, walks, firepit, fireplace and scary movies. I open the door and the musty, dirty smell was very overwhelming. Unpacked and put groceries away then noticed the floors were dirty in kitchen & living room and food was under cabinets. Hair in the bathtub, roll of toilet paper had been dropped in water and put back on dispenser, toothpaste splashed on the walls next to the sinks and balcony furniture was filthy. There were 3 TV's but 1 didn't work. I messaged host about issues, she apologized and assured me it had been cleaned but would send someone to clean next day but, we couldn't wait to have the issues resolved so, I cleaned the whole unit that night. She said she felt embarrassed and wanted to make it right. Said she'd refund a night and cleaning fee. Communication could have been better beforehand but, I greatly appreciated the quick responses when there were issues and that she was willing to try and resolve them. No resolution yet. Unfortunately, we wouldn't stay in this unit again. wouldn't stay in this unit again.

If you're in Snowshoe for the summer, this place is ideal! Free access to the pool and you can view the pool straight form your deck.

Is there anywhere more majestic than the mountains? This quaint condo in the mountains was excellent! The unit was well stocked with pillows and comforters. The view of the sunset is gorgeous, The only complaint is the lack of communication with the property manager. They aren't very attentive.

We come to Snowshoe every year and Allegheny Springs is our favorite building to stay in. Great location and amenities. This room was the nicest we’ve stayed in yet and the owner was wonderful. Check in was a breeze.
