All Your Vacation Needs! Walk to the slopes!

Pleasant stay for the most part. Everything was reasonably cleaned and as it should be. Kitchen had all the bare necessities , for our needs. Only hiccup was the water heater has an issue, during our stay. It was taken care of, in less than a day. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, at a future date.

The WORST night’s sleep ever. Our stay was disappointing from the start. Condo is surrounded by roads on 3 sides and a parking lot on the 4th. Between the outdated kitchen and worn, threadbare carpeting to the spring door that doesn’t fully close - this condo was sad at best. To be fair it did have -2 ceiling fans and a window fan to make up for no AC and nice sliding doors to a deck. But this didn’t make up for the poor quality attempt at renovations. The laminate flooring in the bathroom was poorly installed, the bedding was stained and the towels in the closet smelled musty. We were further disappointed when we learned the pool, falsely advertised as an included amenity was actually an additional $15 per person per day to use. We could have overlooked all this had it not been for the most awful mattresses ever. My husband and I slept in the double bed, two of our children each slept in a bunk and our 3rd child slept on the pull out couch. Every single one of us turned and tossed all night. I know this because I was woken repeatedly by my discomfort but also by the extremely loud squeaking from each of my kids tossing and turning. The pull out sofa mattress squeaked so much I literally thought in my exhausted state that someone was breaking into the condo. We all were miserable the next day. We checked out immediately despite booking for 2 nights and spent extra $ we don’t have on a hotel room for our sanity. Owners refused to refund our second night’s stay.

We really liked this confy and cozy cottage. We’ll make sure to book it again. The owners were kind and helpful; they went the extra mile to accommodate our needs.

We had a great stay, the condo is exactly as advertised and the stay was super smooth/no issues. It’s easy walking distance to the resort and made for the perfect location for Party on the Mountain, especially given the brief evacuations due to weather.

I had booked the condo that is listed. However, the host called me and said that unfortunately, this listing had been booked 10 minutes earlier. He did have a solution and put me in the condo next door that he also owned.I had paid for two beds and the condo he put us in had one king and one sofa bed. This was unfortunate as my teenage son was uncomfortable for the stay. Also, the bathroom door did not have a doorknob, it was just an empty hole. So there was no privacy, you could see right in.

Great location. Walk out the door and your pretty much on the resort campus. Communication with the owners was great, check in and out was easy. We had a great time.

Loved staying here. Beds are super comfy. Came into town for concert at Beech Mountain Resort. Perfect location and walkable to show. Definitely will be back.

Arrived to a property that had not been cleaned after the previous guest. Dirty linens on the floor, Towels in the bathtub, Trash on the Counters, Hair coating the sink, etc. Had to get in touch with VRBO support to contact the host. Received a lot of excuses over the phone. Never got confirmation the VRBO was cleaned by noon the day following check-in so we chose not to return. Host has since ghosted since support reached out to them the night of check-in.

Great little condo in great location to beech mountain ski. Has everything you could need for a weekend away. Great comforter on bed. Loved our stay. Would recommend to bring own toilet paper though. Theirs is the worst I ever had (Amazon commercial).

Perfect ski weekend for our family of four. Had everything we needed- quick walk to the slopes- property owners were very responsive and easy to work with!!

Everything you need a nothing you don’t.

We enjoyed our mini vacation at this property! Check in was super easy. It was just as described and very cozy! My family including my two 3 year olds, husband, and dog stayed. There was on Etsy of room for us. I did put up two bar stools next to a glass table and some breakable items out of reach from my children. I let the owners know in case somethjng was out of place. If you are wanting to be close to the resort this is SO close! We went to Autumn at Oz and could of walked right over. Poppy’s was great for breakfast. Coffee was awesome! We enjoyed our stay here! Our dog enjoyed it also. The first thing he did was enjoy the yummy treat they was there waiting on him when we arrived. Thanks for a great stay! We will be back and absolutely stay here again!
