Stayed Jan 21, 2026Great location for a final Sundance. Place could use a little TLC (some doors don’t stay closed much less lock) but it’s a warm, comforting environment, and the owners are very helpful. Recommend.

Stayed Dec 29, 2025Overall everything was in good condition and as expected. Kitchen was well stocked and the location was ideal. Snow could have been better… but not the owners fault!

Stayed Mar 8, 2025Great location with quick access to bus and lift. Kids were able to use golf course as their own “green runs.” Big plus being able to ski 98% of the way home for lunch.The hot tub could use cleaning. The chlorine bobber was empty and turning on the jets revealed how dirty the water was. Easy fix for the property though.

Stayed Mar 1, 2025Our group consisted of 2 retired friends and our 2 mid thirty sons. We all had a blast. The condo was very nice, clean, comfortable,and quiet. The other big advantage is how close it is to the chair lift. A real plus in our book. The skiing was also good with skiing for all skill levels. We will definitely be coming back here again! Thanks!

Stayed Feb 24, 2025Great condo at the base of silver star. The bus stop is right across the street and it was super easy to get everyone using the bus as well. Hot tub was a nice treat after a long day on the mountain. Only negative was our neighbors were a little loud at night and the walls were a little thin but overall would totally stay here again!

Stayed Feb 5, 2025Had very easy access to the bus stop and an elevator shortcut makes the walk to the lift less than 5 minutesIt was really nice only having to take 1 step onto the patio to use the hot tubPlace was cozy and very well kept

Stayed Jan 28, 2025Properly fit our needs well. My only issue was that the second floor bathroom, which is used by both second floor bedrooms, is in one of try e bedrooms. Made things a bit awkward at times. Other than that, the property was as advertised and the easy access to the Silver Star lift was great.

Stayed Jan 24, 2025Convenient for skiing … great lift access with just a 3 minute walk to lifts. Bus stop also right outside the door to take downtown which was convenient during Sundance. The hot tub was great after a good ski day. Plenty of room and well furnished with everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Dec 22, 2024My family of 5 adults and 2 kids had a great time staying here for a week over Christmas. The location can’t be beat due to the bus stop across the street and just minutes drive to Mountain Village and grocery stores. The kitchen was well stocked and the place was spacious for all 7 of us.
