Reviewer Comments: Excellent location to watch the action of the ocean, whales, sunsets, dolphins along a rustic shoreline. A clean, well-kept property and only 15-20 minute walk to downtown Kona, with a Kona Trolley stop close by. Very easy to work with Knutson reps and their Website.

Our villa was just as promised and wonderful for the two of us. Well-stocked with all sorts of beach equipment. We inadvertantly picked the IronMan Competition Weekend for our visit so if you don't like crowds of people this is not the time to be in Kona. It also was very warm, and although the unit had fans, the lack of A/C impacted our ability to sleep as well as we would have liked. The unit was immaculate, the property managers helpful, and we would definitely return.
