This cute one bedroom condo is on the third floor with pool and ocean views at this ocean front complex. It has been completely renovated with a new kitchen, bath and flooring. It has a a king sized bed and hide-a-bed in the living room for additional family members or friends. We have a great split a/c system, which is rare to find in condos on Alii Drive. Stayed Feb 11, 2026Great place well stocked with everything you would need. Beautiful view and very quiet. Owner was very helpful with any questions. And, coffee shop with breakfast sandwiches only a 4 min walk away!

Stayed Dec 24, 2024Our family stayed here for 5 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It is right by the ocean and the view during daybreak is stunning.It is centrally located and you can reach many of the beaches and attractions in less than 30 mins. We bought groceries and cooked at the place as the kitchen was very well stocked. Highly recommendedminutes.

Stayed Dec 14, 2024My wife and I had a great stay. Pictures match the unit. The lanai is nice and private. Great for watching sunsets. Being on the third floor we had great breezes every night, only had to turn on the AC one night in 8. Pool and grills are clean and well kept. The complex is quiet. Location is perfect, can walk to Kailua. We highly recommend.

Stayed Apr 8, 2024This was our first time on the Big Island and thoroughly enjoyed it. The condo was everything as advertised and well equipped. We really enjoyed having our breakfast on the lanai each morning with a view of the pool and ocean, listening to the birds singing. We would stay here again.
