Stayed Jul 13, 2025My family had a great 5 day stay. The condo was very nice and a close easy walk to the beach. Only small negative was that the mattresses are hard which made it difficult to sleep. Also the breakers tripped in a few rooms when using a hair dryer, which I communicated to the owner about. Other than that we had no other issues. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Florida.

Stayed Jun 29, 2025Overall the condo is amazing. They reached out on day of arrival telling me the dryer was broken but that it would be fixed the next day. Didn’t hear from them again until I reached out asking about it, because we needed to wash/dry clothes. They said they were not going to be able to fix the dryer during our stay, but that they would bring us extra/new towels. They didn’t end up bringing those until the night before we left after 5pm. Other than planning on having a washer/dryer and then not the stay was great. Could use a few more basics in the kitchen but overall a good family/friendly stay.

Stayed May 23, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was perfect for our family of 6 plus 2 children! It was beautiful and only a short walk to the beach. We used the one of the several grills to steak! Everything was very nice and clean!

Stayed Jun 9, 2025We had such a great time at this property as it is our second time staying at Alerio Condos. Love the location and the comfort of the condo itself, only recommendation would be a softer mattress in the master suite.
