Nice location,quiet area, new homes,all new appliances and furniture.

Everything was perfect

We had a nice stay in this condo. Great location and lots of space. Communication with property manager was excellent. The only improvements we'd suggest would be 1) to install some curtains or blinds in the main living areas for privacy and also to help with the glare of the sun in the late afternoon; and 2) they could really use a new set of steak knives. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

Great property and communications with the PM were exceptionally great. Very impressive and we really appreciate their flexibility. Everything was perfect. One note, and this might be listed in the listing and I missed it, but it is a walk-up unit. Luckily my mother in law wasn't with us but we would have a problem had she been. Location is excellent and property is clean and nice. Highly recommended!

Great location for family vacation

Great place to stay! Good location to walk to the Heavenly area and casinos. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Condo well furnished with everything we needed for our group.

We had a seamless vacation & the unit was perfect for our group of four couples. Spacious & walking distance to the American Century Celebrity Golf tourney. We had a wonderful stay.

First visit to Heavenly/South Tahoe to ski with family. Condo was larger than any other place i have stayed at in a ski area. Well stocked and property manager very accommodating! Asked for high chair and baby gate for stairs and they were able to provide .During the winter in the afternoon sun comes into the condo so a shade would be helpful. would stay here again definitely.

This condo is fine! Spacious and a great location. It just wasn't as 'luxury' as expected. The biggest disappointment was no tables or lamps or extra chairs in the main seating area. Overhead lights only, and zero window coverings. (There are blinds in the bedrooms.)The sofa is comfortable, but another chair alongside for would be a great addition. One other disappointment was one towel per person. :-(The oven and cooktop and pans are very nice! The cooking utensils are cheap. A 9x13 casserole dish would be great.The location is great! walking distance to the lake, the Heavenly gondola and many local activities and restaurants.

Great place. Plenty of room. Shuffleboard is fun. Easy walk to the lake. Only issue is that there are no window coverings in the living room/dining room , so the sun can be blinding around sundown and their is very little privacy in those main rooms.

Three levels of stairs. Could be cleaner. Great location.

Clean, convenient and price was good for the condo.

Very nice property in a perfect location in South Tahoe. Walking distance to so many options for restaurants and shopping. The condo is in a gated complex with easy in and out access, and parking just in front of the condo. The unit was very large, with plenty of space, and clean rooms & bathrooms. We didn't use the kitchen much, but did notice that it was very well stocked with everything you'd need. Highly recommended!

Overall our stay was great. There were just some things that need to be addressed. There was only 1 roll of paper towels. Every other place we have stayed gave us like 3 rolls. The can opener needs to be updated to one that works a little easier! We noticed an electric one in the cabinet, but it did not work. They could use a new set of knives. They were very dull. We have stayed at 2 other places in the same complex that provided beach chairs for there renters. It makes it nice not having to haul that stuff up with you. Also, in the master bathroom, the toilet paper holder kept falling off. The balcony was really dirty. The rug going out to it looked like it had never been washed. The outdoor furniture really needs to be replaced. Some of it is just falling apart. These are not big things, but should be looked into.

Great property, the kids loved the arcade machine.

The property was clean, organized, and well-appointed. We were a bit worried about parking but found there was sufficient additional parking within the complex. The kitchen and kitchen equipment was great for family meal prep.

Roomy and comfortable

Great location! Walk to everything South Lake Tahoe, beaches, boating, restaurants, casinos and shopping. Excellent parking and secure, gated property. Stayed on a busy holiday weekend and everything was truly easy and convenient. Check in/out was super easy. Would definitely stay again
