Stayed Dec 27, 2025The view is amazing! The condo was clean and exactly as described. We enjoyed our meals on the balcony watching the waves. We had great access to the beach. We felt safe and secure at the property. Will be returning for sure!

Stayed Nov 23, 2025The property was perfect for our Thanksgiving away from home. Our family met in Blue Mountain for a week-long stay and had plenty of space for our daughter, son in law, granddaughter, Pop Pop and Gigi. The views of the beach are exceptional. Golden hour was amazing. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to whip up a Thanksgiving meal. Communication from the owner was excellent. We were provided information about the building, amenities, and local area. This was our first trip to 30A and it did not disappoint.

Stayed Jun 16, 2025The property and condo were nice and clean. It would be beneficial for shorties like me to have something that could help reach the laundry in the deep well of the washer. Overall we enjoyed it and would certainly come back.

Stayed Mar 8, 2025Our family stayed here over spring break and it was fantastic. The condo was clean, spacious and in a perfect location. My kids especially enjoyed the heated pool since the ocean was still a little cold. The private beach with chair setup each morning was a plus. We would love to stay here again!
