Great location and wonderful set up for two adult couples. Food, drinks and grocery options are all around so you got plenty of things to choose from. Came in for a football game and had a wonderful weekend. Would recommend to anyone wanting a great place to stay in College Station.

Weekend stay for a wedding. The apartment was perfect. Two upstairs bedrooms each with a king bed and bath and shower in each suite. Close to I35. Excellent place- highly recommend.

We would definitely stay here again. Condo was clean, has a great floorplan, and super comfortable beds. We were in town for a sorority reunion and this was only a 5 minute drive to sorority row.

Nice, new condo. Mirrored bedroom layouts upstairs with each having a full bath. Half bath downstairs for convenience. Well appointed kitchen. Extremely clean. Very responsive host. Convenient and ample parking.

What an amazing condo! I couldn’t be any happier with how my one week stay during my daughters college transition. The condo is absolutely pristine and it is apparent that the owner takes great pride in providing high-quality linens and bedding (super comfy king size beds in both rooms), kitchen very well stocked with nice kitchenware. The owner considers every detail someone may need to feel at home away from home. I even looked at some tags so I could purchase some of the same products. The time I was there, even the smallest issue was quickly addressed and it wound up being my error! This just goes to show the ownership of resolving concerns with urgency. There were no problems, quiet neighborhood, very convenient to most places around the university and plenty of shopping nearby. Loved it!

We enjoyed the property. Beds are very comfortable. Super clean. Our personal preference is being able to watch TV while going to sleep. Unfortunately no TV’s in bedrooms.
