Stayed Nov 8, 2025I really wanted to love my stay in Hawaii, but this experience was honestly frustrating from start to finish. Our room had roaches, and when we went to the front desk for help, they basically brushed us off because we booked through VRBO. They told us we had to deal with the host directly, which left us stuck with an issue that should’ve been handled immediately.On top of that, the staff wouldn’t provide beach towels and said they couldn’t service our room at all due to the third-party booking. For the amount we paid, the lack of basic hospitality and cleanliness was really disappointing.Hawaii was beautiful, but I wouldn’t stay at this property again. I hope management fixes these issues for future guests.
