The Space:

Sundial Shores is located in a low-tier property with three floors and 24 total units. This is a two-bedroom - two-bathroom condo with 1,000 sf of living space, including a private balcony for relaxing in the evening. This is a beachside view which means limited Gulf views, but you can see the water if you are exiting to the balcony from the primary bedroom. Sundial Shores has a fully stocked, remodeled kitchen with shaker cabinets and plenty of kitchen accessories to assist you with your culinary adventures. Please let us know if you require anything else and we are happy to consider the accommodation. The primary bedroom hosts a king size bed, flat screen television with connection to Dish Network, a private, updated ensuite including a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has one set of full over full bunks with the updated guest bath including a tub/shower combination, steps away.



There is a stackable washer/dryer inside the condo for your use. The condo has a dishwasher, convection oven stove, and refrigerator with a top freezer and ice maker.



The property has a beachfront pool with its own dedicated beach access from the parking area or directly at the end of the breezeway closest to the beachfront. There is a necessary code to gain access through the gate. This information will be provided in your Welcome Letter. For your convenience, and ease of access, there is a lengthy boardwalk straight to the beach.



Guest Access:

Our guests have access to the entire condo, with exception to the cabinets/closets that contain a lock. These are owner closets for owner use only. The remaining closets, cabinets are for the use by our guests.



Upon arrival, you will have one dedicated parking space in the parking garage located on the entry level as you enter the driveway. Please make sure you park in your dedicated space to avoid being towed. If you have two vehicles, please let the host know upon booking to acquire two parking passes. The additional vehicle will have parking either in the visitor area or in the gravel area located next to the privacy fence and accessible through the gravel driveway next to the main driveway entering Sundial.



Our guests have access to the pool and beach access through the locked gate at the end of the parking garage (beachside). There is a code to use this gate which is provided in the Welcome information you will receive upon confirming your booking.



The Neighborhood:

The Beach House Kitchen, ice cream shop, and bait and tackle is across the street in walking distance from the condo.



Getting Around:

Taxis, Uber and beach shuttle are available for easy transportation

    This was our second time at The Sundial in Gulf Shores. Can’t beat the location and access to the beach. Cathy’s unit is beautifully remodeled and decorated. The kids loved their room with the bunk beds. The unit has everything you could need for your stay and was super clean. Communication with Cathy was prompt for any concerns. To no fault of the owners, the upstairs guests were very noisy, it’s like they were having a circus up there! But we were out most of the days so it was manageable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Looking forward to coming back in the future.

    Condo was very nice as it was completely remodeled seemingly recently. Cathy was very nice and would have been easy to contact if we had needed it but thankfully we didn't. Worked wonderful for our Spring Break Baseball Trip.

    Very nice and clean property with easy beach access. Property was nicely located away from the main drag noise and the beach was not busy. Upstairs neighbors were a little noisy so maybe some thin walls but nothing too bad. Overall a great place for a family vacation on the beach!

    We love the Gulf coast ! Nice area with mild temps. Condo was in a lower density area and quieter with less action. Unit was clean and accurately presented. Amber the owner, was a pleasure to work with as well. Would liked to have stayed longer and would re-visit.

    This apartement faces a main road and is NOISY. Plus, one of the bedroom faces the outside corridor and you can hear all the lugage and whatever else is haulled out there. one of the two bedrooms was too small to fit 2 bunker beds.
