This two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath condo offers 1,400 square feet of functional living space—perfect for families or small groups seeking convenient Park City lodging near the slopes.

Located adjacent to the scenic cross-country ski trail and just minutes from Park City Mountain Resort, this condo is also within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and the local market. The free Park City bus system stops right outside the complex, offering seamless access to everything in town.

Inside, you’ll find a classic mountain design with a few modern touches, including a brand-new gas fireplace in the living room and a new refrigerator in the fully equipped kitchen. The main floor features the kitchen, dining area, living room, and a half bath, while upstairs hosts two private bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom offers a queen bed, and the second bedroom includes two twin beds. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides extra space for guests, comfortably sleeping up to six.

Park Avenue #314-1722 is located close to the seasonal outdoor heated pool (opened during the Summer; closed Fall and Winter) and year-round hot tub area, making après-ski relaxation especially convenient. Other community amenities include a sauna, changing facilities with showers, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Covered carport parking is also included.

Guests check in through our easy “Direct to Condo” process. A pre-registration form must be completed in advance to receive your personal access code.     Great location, property definitely needs updating and new mattresses. Surprised to see spiders in the property in March.....

    The property is an ok location, near the bus line. The appliances are ancient, and one of the burners didn’t work. The lighting is poor - none of the lights outside worked, and one of our guests fell on a patch of ice near the entry.

    While the unit is somewhat dated it was comfortable and met our needs while skiing in Park City. It is very convenient for walking to grocery and a few restaurants. Bus stop is nearby which is nice since resorts are not within walking distance. Overall a nice blend of value and convenience.

    Was able to get this spot right near Deer Valley and Park City for a couple of days of skiing! We traveled through from Salt Lake City to get a couple of days at Deer Valley and the location and price of the stay were great! The carport was great since it snowed over 5 inches while were there! Great outdoor spa and pool too!

    The condo was very clean with an open concept. The location was perfect. Next to the shuttle, grocery store, drug store, and less than a minute to main street. This condo will make your trip to Park City very convenient. Additionally, the outdoor heated pool & hot tub were nice after a long day on the mountains!
