Stayed Dec 30, 2025This unit is exactly as described-great location, great pool/hot tub access, comfortable furniture, good amount of space. While the property management company was responsive they never solved any issues-fireplace didn't work, they quickly responded that they would put in a maintenance request but the issue was never fixed. There are also ski lockers on the bottom floor which is very convenient. However we only got a key to the locker itself, not the locker room. So we could not use the ski locker in fear we would not be able to get to our skis in the morning. The management company continued to insist that I had the correct key, even though building maintenance checked my key and confirmed it only worked on the lock on the locker and not the locker room door. So unfortunately we had to keep our gear in the car as they didn't want it to be stored in the unit. Also while the basics were in the unit, as advertised, make sure to bring extra supplies if needed-example-we had one kitchen towel, a couple rolls of toilet paper etc. It is all clearly noted-just wanted to point it out as some vrbos are very stocked and some are not.

Stayed Feb 27, 2025We stayed here for 4 nights for a ski weekend. The location was perfect - less than 10 min walk to downtown and easy access to Quicksilver ski lift. Beaver run ski lift is just a short walk up the hill. We enjoyed the proximity to town and mountain. The unit was fine - just below average quality for the price. Note, the fire extinguishers in unit expired in 2003 and some appliances didn’t function correctly. The walls are also VERY thin- could hear the neighbors having an entire phone conversation. We really struggled with the check in process. We were instructed to remotely check in via keypad with a code. Inside the unit there was a clear box on the wall with the pool key & a ski locker key. The key did not access any of the ski lockers though & skis are not allowed in the unit. Make other arrangements to store gear. FYI- YOU WILL GET TOWED if you don’t have a parking pass so make sure you ask for one... The guest portal did not say we needed a permit, & we were not given a permit during check in. We ended up getting a tow sticker on our vehicle at 5pm on a Saturday night. We called management but weren’t able to get a hold of anyone right away. We ended up having to cancel our dinner reservation while we waited for someone to kindly bring us a parking pass, which was very nice. Ultimately though- we were blamed the next day by the management company via text message for the parking problem, which really soured our feelings about an otherwise acceptable stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a bit frustrating that there was only exactly enough towels in the unit for the number of people it claims to sleep, not one more. This grew especially frustrating when you walk down to the community hot tub only to find out you must bring your own towel. Now you are using the smelly chlorine towel for hot tub and for showering in the unit.Outside of that I think the place was clean, just as described, and a terrific location.

Stayed Jan 23, 2023This was my families first time in Breckenridge. Out of pure luck, we found this place. It is great for a small family or couple, but has enough space for a ski group (pull out couch and two beds). Not only can you ski in/out from 4’Oclock Rd, but it is close to everything! Just a 4 minute drive to downtown, stores and restaurants. If you have an issue, they will respond right away. There’s a pool and hot tub a short walk away. The unit provided clean linens and was extremely clean. To say my family and I were happy would be an understatement. Rent this unit with confidence! The 3 flights of stairs are the only flaw.

Stayed Jan 15, 2023The unit is a great size and very good value. It’s priced like a 1br but feels more like a 2br given the layout of the loft and two actual beds. The unit is also well stocked with kitchen supplies and additional blankets and bedding. The furniture could use some updating and is not very comfortable. The three floor walk up is not a big deal as the stairs are located outside and right next to the parking lot so it’s very quick in and out. Some of the policies could be improved to make it a more enjoyable stay. Particularly the 10am check-out with no allowance for extending the parking. If you plan on skiing the last day of your trip, plan on moving your car as you’re not allowed to keep it in the lot, somewhat defeating the purpose of being close to peak 9 lifts and adding some expense if you don’t want to fight for the free lots. You also have to pick-up and drop off the keys at on main st and not close to the unit. This seemed like an unnecessary hassle and could have been more renter friendly by having drop-box locations on site. Also note that while VRBO advertises a 4pm check-in, you will have to sign a document after you book agreeing to 6pm as the actual guaranteed check-in time. My unit was ready at 3pm so not an issue but worth noting. Also, they say you need to return the keys by 10am to the offsite location. So even the 10am checkout time is misleading because you need to have vacated and made the trip to the offsite drop box location in order to meet the 10am key drop off. All in all, it’s a good unit and worth staying in if you are aware of these policies and comfortable with them. Other nearby mountains, towns and rentals don’t suffer from these same inconveniences and I have found them happy to accommodate additional time for parking and a more updated check-in/out process. This is however pretty common for Breck.
