Affordable modern luxury - 2 BD / 2 Baths in YBOR City - Downtown Tampa

The property was o.k., clean. There was an incident with the property manager, who I believe is the owner. Instead of trying to help with the matter, he argued, and made it seem like we were wrong, when in fact, we were just going off the pictures as advertised. It would not have even mattered to us except for the way he reacted and responded. We would not stay there again, not because of the condo but the actions of the manager.

Our host was great and got back to us quickly. Check in was simple. Nice place centrally located to a lot of attractions. A few things need to be updated but overall it met our needs. The blinds were worn and the remote was missing the back. We also noticed the smoke detector in one bedroom had no batteries. My biggest issue was the street noise and train keeping me up at night. The bed were very comfortable. I’d stay again if I’m planning on being in the area.

Our host Jimmy was very helpful and available with a quick response to our questions. The condo is comfortable and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk around Ybor City. It was a lovely getaway!

Unit was clean and spacious. Easy walking distance to Ybor main street without having to deal with the noise and crowd. Signs of some wear and tear throughout the unit, but an otherwise pleasant stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Ybor City. We were walking distance to everything and centrally located in Tampa for car travel. We ran into some issues relocating our daughter and needed to extend our stay. Jimmy, the owner, helped us with suggestions and was very responsive to our needs. Highly recommend the condo and Jimmy for anyone interested in staying in Ybor City.

Walking distance to many great Ybor city locations.

We were in town for an event at the convention center. The trolley is a couple of blocks away and makes getting to and from the convention center painless. The condo is well stocked and has everything you need! It's not too far from the airport and has some night life close enough for you to walk. We enjoyed our stay!

My husband and I stayed at Jimmy's place celebrating my 52nd Birthday. Upon arrival, the directions were precise and check in to the unit was a breeze! Upon entering, I immediately felt RELIEF! It looked clean and smelled clean. I was immediately drawn to the beautiful decor, and fell in love with the Full Length Mirror in the living room. The beds were very comfortable and location superb! Just a short walk to the main area where lots of restaurants and bars are. Neighbor( I forgot her name) was pleasant, as were the Roosters that pleasantly woke us every morning. I travel A LOT and I highly recommend this quaint little condo for your travels to Tampa. ****One minor concern is that the tub is extremely slippery. Id suggest a small mat or the grippers to go on the tub floor to prevent a possible accident.Thanks Jimmy and we will see you again.Paris and Jay

Very clean place, centrally located, could use black out blinds and master bed not comfortable at all. Other than that great place.

Not only was this home beautiful, clean, and stocked with everything we needed, it was conveniently located only two blocks from town! Communication from the host was excellent. He would check in with us from time to time to make sure everything was going well. When we had questions, he would respond quickly. Overall, it was a great experience.We highly recommend this property and would definitely book it again in the future.

We were staying I for business and enjoyed the comforts of home. Great walking distance from restaurants.

Jimmy was a Super Host! He provide every detail we asked, and made not only our check-in but our entire stay amazing. We were pleasantly surprised to find that we were within walking distance of town and Ybor Vity did not disappoint.

Definitely need a guide on how to use the TV. Need instructions on securing my Smart streaming signin from future users.

This was a great place to stay and so easy to walk to great restaurants or take the tram into downtown Tampa. Love the chicken parade in the morning, too!

This little condo is perfect for a family or a pair of couple visiting Tampa. It was just my partner and I so it felt really luxurious and spacious
