Affordable Gulf-Front 3 BR/3 BA Condo - Palacio 1201

Wonderful condo in a great location. Communication was excellent. Zero complaints. I would definitely stay here again.

Location and view could not be better! Walking distance from several restaurants and coffee shops. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 4 children.

The check in process was smooth as can be. We had the code to enter the building and the code to enter the condo. No problem at all. We had two cars and were concerned about parking spaces. There were always open spaces for us to park. The kitchen was amazing and had everything that we needed. The condo was clean, spacious and lovely. We are already booked for next year!

Every part of the process of our stay in this condo was seamless, this is our third year to stay in this unit, and we love it! Making the reservation for our beach chair service ahead of time allowed us to sit up in the front row earlier during our stay

The condo did not disappoint. We walked in and it was gorgeous. I would like to say just like the pictures but I almost think it was better. The views were amazing. Love all the floor to ceiling views from all the rooms. We were actually able to see dolphins from the balcony. It was everything we needed. Would love to come back and stay longer. Everyone was very nice. We enjoyed talking with Paula the manager she was great. The only thing if you are a smoker watch out for the sprinklers that come on in the only smoking area.

Loved the size and overall space .. would say the only downfall is the mattresses and bed pillows need updated. Great outdoor space .. plenty of patio furniture!!

This condo was perfect for our family! Very spacious, excellent location and great water views! Everyone loved having their own bathroom per room, and the place was well stocked. Very clean, easy check in and we will definitely keep in mind for future stays!

The place was very clean and had very plenty of space for the 6 of us staying there! My teenage children loved there were two balconies the over looked the gulf. They also liked we were right across the street from an ice cream and coffee shop. Even though we went during fall break, the beach was not crowded. Very pleased!

We had a great stay at this condo-great view, great size of condo, everything you need in the kitchen!

This was our 2nd summer vacation here because it’s perfect for what we need & want. Our only comment is that there was only 1 key for the room, would have been very helpful to have 2.

Nice, clean condo but a bit dated (which we are ok with). Lots more items/utensils in kitchen than expected. Condo layout was good for our family. The front and back patios were nice. The musty/mildewy smell in all bathrooms likely coming from cloth shower curtains. The two single bed mattresses in one room need to be changed as they sag. Daughter ended up sleeping last two nights on sofa pullout in living room. Would be a 5 star if not for those two main issues.

We had the best time. Close to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach, but far enough where the beach wasn’t too crowded!

The condo itself was great. Nice layout and for the most part very clean. Parking was a nightmare. If we are helping the owners pay for the condo then we should be able to use their garage parking because obviously they are not there. Front parking was full and over flow was full. Having to park in a business parking lot down the street and having to cross the busy street with kids. Until the parking situation changes we will stay somewhere else. That’s my only complaint.

Enjoyed the Location very much. The unit itself was very outdated. Bedroom TVs did jot work properly, smart tv upgrades needed. Kitchen cabinets are falling off wall, baseboards are either mildewed or paint chipping. This could be a gorgeous place if kept updated.

The view and balcony are amazing. The condo is nice, comfortable and great location. We had a wonderful stay.

The property is well maintained and felt like home. It has amazing views from multiple areas of the condo. We will be booking again.
