Great location and price! Management very responsive with a question/solution. Roku TV service didnt work well, but luckily we were out for the better oart of the day.

The location is fantastic for most anything you want to do by walking in Ouray. Check-in was super simple.

Old stained carpet, beds were not great. Biggest issue we had was lack of ventilation. There is one window that opens in the main living/dining/kitchen area. And even that window we had to put something in the window for it to stay up. Open the doors & flys get in. Would suggest screen doors.

We stayed in the condo for a week. Has all the amenities that you need. Has full size stove and fridge although we did not do any cooking. Comfortable beds and plenty of mirrors for getting ready. Our favorite part was the unit we stayed in had a ground level porch to sit out and enjoy the evening. Location is right off the main road so it is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was clean and had any/all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We did find the full/queen size bed to be very hard and the bed frame did not seem very sturdy for a couple.

The Condo had nice beds, nice living room and a serviceable kitchen. The kitchen met all of our needs for days we cooked. It also had a great grill outside. One block away is Main Street. This helped eliminate having to worry about driving and parking to go eat. You were also a couple blocks away from jeep rentals, shopping and adventure rentals. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. They are outstanding and easy to work with when needed. We will definitely stay here again when in Ouray
