Spend thrilling days exploring, then return home to continue the fun outdoors and grill out on the deck. You and your guests will also enjoy access to a shared heated outdoor pool.
Slide open the glass doors and step into the welcoming living area, which features a cozy wood-burning fireplace with an impressive floor-to-ceiling brick surround. Break out the provided board games or watch a movie on the smart TV (streaming available using your accounts).
The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you’ll need to whip up hearty meals to keep your group fueled. While dinner simmers, concoct a crisp drink at the wet bar, which includes a blender, a second dishwasher, and ample cookware.
THINGS TO KNOW
Recreation center amenities (fitness center, pools, group fitness classes, etc.) are open to the public and available for a daily drop-in fee.
Incline Village beach access is no longer available to guests. Beaches outside Incline Village may be open; visit the Tahoe Public Beach website for details.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Enjoyed our stay very much
We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and we had all the basics that we needed. The only thing we would bring next time is a baby gate to put in front of the stairs (for peace of mind). We will definitely be back.
Renovated condo is mostly nice. Bedrooms downstairs could use refurbishing (linens were pretty used ). Light and electric sockets needed replaced as they sparked and were loose in wall. A welcome basket would have been appreciated. There were no pellets for the fireplace and if we were to buy them the store only had forty pound bags. We were not notified that we were responsible for buying them. Needed written directions to run the fireplace if we would have used it. Porch needed to be swept and table and chairs wiped off. Those are the reasons for my rating.
It was quick to get to Sand Harbor and many hiking trails from this place.
A wonderful place to stay with many amenities available for use! Overall, it was a 5-star rating. There were a couple of issues, the keypad for locking up the unit was challenging and we needed to call the property manager. They immediately sent someone to assist with locking up the unit and that person found there was a problem too. We were provided the key from the lock box as he had to reset the code. This was the first keypad that I ever experienced with having problems. The keypad needs updating. We also were worried that the kitchen window had no locking mechanism. The other issue, we we couldn't find the unit info for e.g., pool location, how to leave the unit for checking out. We had to call the property manager again to ensure we properly left the towels, bedding, etc. prior to checking out.Then, when we were leaving, we finally found a one page list of our responsibilities at the door and on a mirror near door. Other than that, we enjoyed staying there.

We had a great time. The location was grwat close to beach and stores and restaurants
Overall a good stay. A few deficiencies with unit that was forwarded to Vacasa. The remedy of this issues would make property excellent?
Everything as advertised. Enjoyable condo for my small family of four (with two kids under 6). Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and pots/pans, but you will need to bring you own basics (oil, butter, etc.). Location was great for access to Diamond Peak, we even walked home from the lower parking lot after skiing one day. Easy in and out via the door code. We would stay here again..
My family and I stayed here for a quick ski trip to Diamond Peak. It was perfect for our trip and my kids really enjoyed the house.
We head a great family stay with our about 3 year old toddler. Unfortunately, the pool is not working in winter.
