Adorable Villa in North Beach Resort & Villas - 950 Yards to Pools/Beach; $300 FREE Activities Daily

It was an awesome trip and this is 2nd time stayed at the resort. Kids loved it and the place was just right!

Check in process was easy and accommodated late check-in.Kitchen was nice but not stocked with basic needs- no dish towel, chipped plates/mugs and juice glasses were stored to high to reach.

NASTY DIRTY, LOTS OF STAINS & DAMGED DECOR THROUGHOUT! Property Management communication was poor as they refused to call me or come over to the unit to view issues. They would only text and their remarks were sarcastic and unprofessional! During our week stay, we had to have an HVAC technician come out because it was 75 degrees downstairs at 10:51pm on night one (with all blinds closed), a plumber because the downstairs toilet was leaking water on the floor, and the cleaners to come back out because upon arrival there were stained bed sheets and pillow coverings, trash in the master bath trash can, the floor was gritty and turned our feet black within an hour, the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, stains all over the carpet going upstairs, lots of broken decor and damaged furniture, etc! We asked for the floors to be mopped after the first time and they were not. We ended up having to go buy slippers to wear around the rental for the week along with a fan! Management ignored our requests for a refund on the cleaning fee at a minimum after all of the trouble we experienced! It seems to be all about getting renters in/out and making as much money as they can instead of making sure you have an enjoyable and peaceful stay/vacation for your hard earned money! We will NEVER rent another property from this company ever again!

We were in town visiting family. Location to beach amenities, dining and entertainment were great.

Everything was great for a family of 5 the place was clean and enough space. Hardly a wait for the shuttle to take you to and from the pools and beach. Walkable to barefoot landing which was a great time with many options to eat/drink/play. Also walkable to the alligator adventure, mini golf and a winery. Easy uber/drive to boardwalk and broadway at the beach! Could not have asked for a better spring break. Will definitely be back!

This villa was perfect for the two of us. Spacious, the linens were fresh, and clean. Even the shower curtain and liner in downstairs bath were fresh and new. I was certainly glad we knew to bring a bed blanket, as they are not provided, and it was March. The beds were comfortable for the most part. Enjoyed the walk to the beach every day. Although there was a shuttle available, we used it one time only. The shuttle driver was very nice. Only con was locating the check in office up the street. But once we found it tucked away in the plaza, check in and check out was a breeze. The grounds are very well kept. Appreciated the sidewalks! Would stay here again!

We had a great time at North Beach Resort. The villa was perfect for our family. It was clean, had everything we needed and we didn’t have any issues. Excellent location to everything…shops, restaurants, pool, beach etc. We would definitely stay again.

We had the best time on our trip! I will say that I was a little hesitant to book bc it was a bit pricy but I am so happy we did! It was well worth it! The shuttle drivers were awesome so friendly and helpful. Freddy told our boys about some good fishing spots and DaMorris let us know about the $1 drafts and fried bologna sandwich at Hamburger Joes. The pools and swim up bar were so perfect and there is easy access to the beach from the pool! We went to the restaurant bar on the 3rd floor bridge thing at the resort, had some drinks and talked to Frank about the pizzas at the resort and how special they are he gave us a menu to study, Frank told us a lot about Broadway at the Beach and the Board walk area. Back at our condo we had plenty of space for the 4 of us and it felt like the walls are soundproof! Our adult son and his friend can be on the loud side and we couldn’t hear them and never heard a peep from any of the neighbors. Fully equipped kitchen and dinning space including the balcony. We didn’t use any of the tickets that were provided complimentary but that is an added bonus if you plan to do any of the attractions that were offered! We wanted to do the fishing charter but we just had so much going on that we didn’t get to it, maybe next time. I would definitely stay here or any of their properties on our next vacation!

Having previously stayed in various properties at North Beach Resort and Villa’s on several occasions this was by far my LEAST FAVORITE. The Villa we stayed in was not clean, grit on floor, spider webs from the lamp shades, carpet on steps had not been vacuumed, leftover cup rings on tables, stickiness on tabletops, no washcloths or hand towels were left in the bathrooms. Also, 2 brand new beach chairs were stolen from the front porch during the day. Disappointing visit.
