Admiral's Row 109 is a masterfully remodeled beachfront residence that blends contemporary luxury with coastal comfort. This ground-floor unit offers the unique convenience of stepping directly from your living space toward the sand, all while maintaining elevated ocean views. The interior has been completely transformed with luxury plank flooring, smooth ceilings, and designer lighting.

The expansive open floor plan centers around a gourmet kitchen featuring sleek granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. The primary suite is a true retreat, offering a king-sized bed and a private, renovated bathroom with custom tiled surrounds. The second bedroom is thoughtfully configured with two twin beds, while the living room’s pull-out sofa provides additional flexibility, allowing the villa to host up to six guests comfortably.

Guests enjoy full access to the premier facilities of the Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort, including:

Aquatics: Access to the largest beachfront pool on the island, plus the exclusive, quieter Admiral’s Row pool.

Family Fun: A playground, surf fishing access, and seasonal summer events like Monday night poolside movies.

Getting Around:

1 parking pass is included in the displayed rate. 



Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.

    The rental process was seamless and easy. The condo was exactly what it seemed in the pictures. The space was clean, comfortable, a pleasure to be in and had everything we needed. The location right next to the beach access was great and we enjoyed walks on the beach everyday. We would definitely stay here again.

    Beautiful and well stocked kitchen. Balconywas wonderful but if you are shy you might find the traffic on the stairs too close. We enjoyed the unit which is close to the beach access and the smaller pool. Host was fantastic. Definitely will book this unit again!

    Admiral's Row 109 is an absolutely gorgeous villa. The location is perfect. It is the nicest villa we have ever stayed at here at HHI Beach and Tennis, and we have been coming here for 30+ years! The villa itself is very aesthetically pleasing with beautiful decor throughout (whoever decorated and furnished this villa did an amazing job)! It has everything you would need. The kitchen is fully stocked with great appliances, nice pots and pans, dishes, and a huge refrigerator. Just what you need - not over crowded with too many random dishes/pans, etc. Just right. Beautiful large kitchen table and chairs (with placemats). We love the double outdoor balcony! Very spacious and the outdoor porch furniture is amazing. The bedrooms are great. It's nice to have a huge bed in one bedroom and twin beds in the other. Plenty of room. The bathrooms are great as well - it's so nice to have a tub (for little ones if needed). And a detachable water head for rinsing. Puzzles, books to read, uno cards! This place has it all! Comfy and cozy all with a GORGEOUS view! And a really nice boardwalk down to the ocean right outside. We will definitely stay here again, and again and again! 5 STARS all the way!!!

    Room was spotless and stunningly beautiful! Recently renovated. Maybe the most comfortable pillows and bed I’ve ever slept in! You can’t find a condo closer to the beach in all of Hilton Head!!!! Highly recommend!

    Would have been perfect if not for a few things. Windows in bedroom are not usable because of enclosed building design. The balcony and living room are right next to building entry so no privacy unless you close curtains. Overall was well furnished and comfortable for our 11 night stay.
