Stayed Aug 30, 2025We had a wonderful stay at Admiral’s Quarters 1103. We loved sitting on the balcony morning, noon, and night which was made extra enjoyable by the comfy furniture. There was also plenty of seating for our family out on the balcony which was nice. The large kitchen was well furnished with clean, updated appliances. The living room was comfortable but not used a lot because we were either on the beach or the balcony! The bedrooms were well furnished but the mattresses could use an update. The showers in both bathroom were great. We only had a couple minor issues that were addressed immediately by the management company. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would stay again in this unit in a heartbeat.

Stayed May 31, 2025Wonderful location and it was very tidy and well decorated. Balcony was my favorite part. My only suggestion would be to change the standard coffee. It looks a little on the worn out side. I purchased my own.

Stayed Apr 19, 2025Very comfortable and nicely furnished condo. We will stay again. They could use a few throws for evenings when you’re relaxing. Housekeeping removes any spices, plastic wrap, cooking oils, cleaning supplies, etc that renters left behind so be prepared to buy everything. This is disappointing as I know many people fly in and leave these things behind. It makes it nice if you are cooking to have some of the essentials which many owners leave for their guests. I have used items and also left some in many cases. I did buy and leave a crockpot for this unit.

Stayed Aug 31, 2024We’ve been staying in the Orange Beach and Perdido Key area for many years now. While we’ve stayed in some great properties, this one by far exceeded expectations. All of the furnishings were upscale and exactly as pictured. The large balcony and high floor just added to the beauty. The only thing that could make it “over the top” would be some heavier/larger towels but that’s just a personal preference. Will definitely be booking this place again in the future!!

Stayed Apr 13, 2024Extremely clean and well equipped. Decorated beautifully, comfy bed and a huge balcony. It was perfect! Loved the buy one get one activity package as well.
