Adagio D-301 Poolside, Corner unit - front left bedroom has window ocean view

Absolutely awful! The place was filthy! There were past renter’s socks in one of the beds plus hair in the bed. Beard hair & sand in bathroom. Shower wouldn’t drain. Hair in sink. Toilet in master wouldn’t flush. Very dirty toilet in one of the bathrooms. Dust very noticeable on furniture & blinds. Hair tie & food crumps in couch. Completely unacceptable. Thankfully the property management moved us to another unit.

Stairs to beach were steep, but even with a terrible knee, I managed just fine. A little slow but made it! Only complaint, children in the hot tub. Constantly. And better mosquitoes control - but that is hard.

We loved the Adagio! Everything was as listed. The condo itself was huge and fit our family of 4 perfectly. Proximity to the beach was perfect and we loved both of the pools on property. It is definitely a family resort with lots of kids and teenagers, but everyone was well behaved and the resort keeps it quiet at night and in the morning. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful spring break trip with our kids. The place was breathtaking, loved the very large balcony and the unit was spotless and better than the pictures. It was very easy to get down to the pool/hot tub/beach from our unit. The sunsets were beautiful even just from our balcony. It’s a hidden gem. Easy check-in and instructions. We would definitely love to come back and stay here again!

We had a few issues..one with the dryer not working and then the ac unit leaking but they were so quick to send someone out to fix the issues we reported. The furnishings in the unit are definitely well loved but still functional. The couches had some stains but were very comfortable. The outdoor furniture was very comfortable and the balcony was fantastic. My mom stayed with us and used the queen bedroom and she did have trouble sleeping because the mattress was older and did not have a topper on it. The other mattresses were fine. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils but it would have been very helpful to have some storage containers with lids for the food we cooked as there was only one in the unit. We absolutely loved the separate ice maker in this unit! Overall we had a wonderful trip. The beach was beautiful and my kids loved the pool and hot tub. It would have been nice to have some beach toys for the kids or some extra chairs but we just bought what we needed and brought them home. Publix and Walmart are both within quick driving distance. Some of the restaurants were also great and within walking distance. We tried redfish, Blue Mabel and blue mountain bakery which had the best cinnamon rolls!!! We love the 30 A area and this did not disappoint!!

The property was beautiful and we loved having our chairs set up on the beach each day and the ease of renting bikes right on property. The beach itself is so beautiful. We enjoyed walking to nearby restaurants. The mattresses were comfy as well as all the living room and patio furniture. We hope to come back to this unit next yeR

Other than that a nice unit but not our favorite. Adagio use to have umbrellas at the pool. Miss them and a chance for some shade. The beach area is used almost entirely by the chair/umbrella service and not much room left for those who use their own chairs. We still love coming here but it’s not like it used to be. Starting to show it’s age. The bbq grills all need some attention as well. Best part was the friendly and helpful man and woman who ran the front gate and security. They were amazing!
