I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You need a ramp going down to the beach, the steps do not allow taking anything down to the beach, the way back up is a long way back up.

Our condo was great and the facility is very well maintained. We loved the gated security. All the common shared areas were spotless (pool, work out room, bathrooms, gas grills). We grilled steak's one night and the gas grills were exceptionally clean like new.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean, nicely decorated and wonderful view! Kitchen was well equipped, beds comfortable and the pools were nice and not crowned. However, more umbrellas at the pools would be a nice addition. Liked that it was a gated community. Only concerns were minimal bath towel supply and poor Wi-Fi.

We had a wonderful stay, as always! Our condo was perfect! We loved the balcony and sitting out watching and listening to the gulf day & night. It was a wonderful week spent with wonderful people! We will be back!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our favorite unit so far at Adagio. Unfortunately, 30a has gotten too bad for us to return. My son was jumped on the beach by 5 guys and we know of 3 of families that had the same thing happen. Unless properties start putting police on these beaches, people will continue to stop coming. 30a has a very bad reputation now and I've been coming to area for 30+ years.

Reviewer Comments: This unit has a great view, and a great layout for multiple families. We have stayed in other Adagio units that had better decor but that is not a deal breaker. The rental company was very helpful and the maintenance team very responsive when we had a minor issue. I might suggest adding more bath towels and kitchen towels to stay in the unit as that is not something I want to bring on my vacation. It also needs a deep clean throughout. The bathrooms had lots of dirt and dust on the baseboards.

Reviewer Comments: Our unit was clean and well equipped with just the right amount of comforts and not too many knick knack decor. Our only complaint was the large beach frontage the Adagio gives to La Dolce Vita. We've stayed at the Adagio multiple times and it seems like their area is getting larger.
