Stayed Feb 13, 2026Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean, except for the coffee pot, which I had to clean, and the dishwasher, which needed sanitizing and the filter cleaned--it had an odor. Our bed was very comfortable, the condo is very well laid out. There are sidewalks for riding bikes or walking to nearby restaurants and shops--Cowgirl Kitchen has great tortilla soup. We needed a little help logistically, and the management went much further than they had to. We WILL stay there again.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the nicest condo I've ever stayed in on 30-A. Right on the beach, close to the pool(s). Nicely furnished. Only problem is the oven. You can't read the numbers/words on the controls, so you can't tell what temp to set the oven on. Also, the curtain rod in the master is broken. The handle on the door to the patio from the den broke, but they replaced it. But later it locked us out on the patio accidently once.

Stayed May 11, 2025Very nice condo with beautiful views of the Gulf. Loved that all 7 of us fit comfortably around the large round table for meals. Plenty of furniture for all of us to sit in the living area and talk.

The condo is spacious, spotless, well outfitted and beds are comfy. The kitchen is very well stocked, everything you need to cook and the staff cleans the outdoor common grills daily. The grounds are immaculate and the pool, hot tub and fitness center are very well maintained. On property staff sre friendly!
