It was clean and the view was amazing! We loved all the windows in the common area and how close it was to Siesta Beach.

Perfect location and the best sunrises and sunsets! Couldn't have asked for a better location and better place. Had everything we needed from beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc. Loved sitting on the balcony in the morning eating our breakfast and soaking up the sunshine. The kitchen is small, but it was just my husband and I, so it was never an issue. Couldn't have asked for a better location! Would stay here again and again!!

Excellent location, stunning view, very well equipped. A wonderful stay. One area that could be improved or refreshed would be the bathrooms, but otherwise, everything was perfect.

This condo has everything you need! Beautifully decorated, across the street from gorgeous Siesta Key Beach, beautiful and relaxing views. We had a wonderful time at this condo. Equipped with all you need for a relaxing, fun vacation. Also, great location for extremely easy access to the Breeze free trolley, or free rides for tips to any area of Island wanted to go to, we did not rent car, so this was a wonderful bonus. Quick uber ride to and from airport in Sarasota. This condo also had views of pool below, off the 2nd balcony that is with this condo. The extra supplies included with this condo, such as beach toys, equipment, towels etc, made our stay even more enjoyable. Owners have thought of everything to have an enjoyable vacation. Would highly recommend! Itrip was easily accessible also if have any questions.

Clean and tastefully decorated unit! We enjoyed the beachy vibe and the natural light throughout. The views were incredible! Spent a lot of time on the patio to enjoy the view of the Gulf. Location is great, close to the beach and the village. Will definitely stay again!

The condo was decorated beautifully and very clean. All appliances worked well. Kitchen well supplied with what you need to make meals. It’s right across from the beach. You can watch the sunset from your balcony. The managers were very responsive to any problems you might have. 5 stars.

The lock box with the unit keys was on the ground outdoors with a few boxes open to expose their contents.Some safety issues need to be addressed:Tub flooring was slippery and there were NO safety bars to hold onto.The exit to the the terrace had a 3 inch high bar across the floor which led to a few falls.The sun/privacy “shades” were very difficult to open and close. As a result the plastic strips fell off. 2 were on the ground when we arrived.The kitchen left a lot to be desired as it was totally minimal. Other than 2 empty salt shakers there were no basic needs. We had to buy everything we would need for our 10 days.We would consider staying there again if more attention would be paid to some of these comfort/safety issues.

Amazing sunrise & sunset views from this condo across the street from Siesta Key Beach! It was clean, updated & management was very helpful w/maintenance issue.

Nice and comfortable place to say. The only thing would be the road noise…constant until late at night but nothing can be done to help it. Will plan on coming back next year. We had a very relaxing vacation ? Thank you, Greg & Mary

Wonderful condo, tastefully decorated, well equipped and very comfortable. Brilliant location with great views of the beach, enjoyed watching the sunsets from the balcony. Great service even with a last minute problem that was very quickly and satisfactorily resolved. Would definitely rent this condo again

Loved our stay, right across from one of the main entrances to Siesta Key Beach. The condo was great. Clean. Comfortable beds. View of the beach/ Gulf from the 5th floor was wonderful. Only drawback was the noise of the traffic when sitting on the balcony.

Very pleasant and relaxing. Nice updates to the unit!
