Nice place, great location.

The communication was great! The location was wonderful. My family snorkeled every day. The beach is across the street. There are turtles, fish, octopus. The condo was super comfortable. We were a family of 6 including 2 kids. I definitely recommend staying here.

Great accommodation! Location was perfectly located right across from the beach. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Everything was as described. Beautiful view of the ocean from the lanai. Concierge service made arrangements for the activities we wanted to enjoy. We would definitely rent this condo in the future.

This property was amazing for our family Hawaii vacation. Located right across the street from a great snorkeling beach with a beautiful view of the water and pool. Very spacious and excellent air conditioning throughout! Close to shopping and restaurants.

Loved the proximity to snorkeling and surfing, property was very well maintained, easy parking, adorable decor, comfy beds. Perfect view of ocean from balcony. Great to let adult children go explore while we could relax and enjoy Only drawback for some families may be the stairs only access to 3rd floor.

Our kids enjoyed both playing in the outdoor pool and snorkeling at the beach across the street. Great location, and we saw a number of geckos around the property, which was a nice surprise.

Overall our stay was great!! The amenities were good and location was awesome for us. Condo was well set up for our family. Only down side was the toaster didn’t work.

We absolutely loved our stay. The unit was clean and comfortable and really lovely, and the location across from an incredible beach for snorkeling and surfing could not possibly be better. We snorkeled a few times a day, and a few of us tried out surfing. It was really lovely being able to shower off outside afterward and then enjoy the pool and hot tub as well. Literally the only thing that I would add to this unit is an inexpensive drying rack for the balcony. We were traveling with another family, who rented a similar unit below us and that also really worked out well. Mahalo for a beautiful stay!

Staying 2 min from Kahalu’u Beach was such a delight. No complaints!

We had a great stay and being directly across the street from the beach was an added bonus. Check in was easy and convenient. We would definitely stay again!

Had an amazing time. Condo was beautiful. View was amazing. Very clean and well kept. Almost every amenity you need!!

The condo was clean and sweet and very comfy. We enjoyed the weather, turned off the a/c turned on the fans and opened the doors for sweet plumeria scented tradewinds. The area is deeply historical, I encourage everyone even thinking about staying here to read about the heiau's across the street and the history of the immediate area, it is deeply enriching to the experience. The condo is right on ali'i drive (the main road) which was busier than I thought it would be so we had to laugh at the amount of road noise and daily leaf blowers, but it's been some time since I've stayed in Kona town. I grew up in Puna so it was the most city experience I've ever had on the island, but the ability to walk across the street to a very safe beach for snorkeling was totally worth it since I was there with multiple generations of family. Thank you to the ohana who rent out their condo, it was a very pleasant stay, very convenient, we spent all our time at the condo on the lanai. Mahalo!

The condo was exactly as in the pictures. What a great way to eat breakfast staring at the ocean enjoying the lanai. The pool was great. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay. Kona resort communication was great. They reached out couple days into the stay to see if we needed anything. Very appreciated.
