Stayed Mar 31, 2024The condo was clean and everything was in good working order and as described in the property and pictures. Beds, pillows and furniture were very comfy. The large pool was clean and heated. Easy 12-15 minute walk to beach across Collier Blvd. Mike was easy to communicate with.

Stayed Apr 14, 2023We had beautiful weather. Condo was fine for what we needed. Appreciated that there were supplies there for cleaning, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Also appreciated there being beach chairs and an umbrella there that we could use. This was very nice. Owner quick responses to questions. We had a great time and appreciate being allowed to rent there!

Stayed Feb 1, 2022My wife and I stayed at this condo for the month of Feb. 2022. We enjoyed the condo and Marco very much. The condo was clean and provided everything we needed. It was also in a convenient location that provided easy access to restaurants, businesses, and beaches. Many owners now are looking for renters for multiple months....we really only need February. If I could stay here again for just the month of February, I would definitely go there again. I was VERY pleased with this rental.
