Stayed Jan 27, 2025Although small space, great for a couple of skiers wishing to be close to the slopes. A bit of a hike in ski gear but probably the most affordable spot close to the mountain.

Stayed Mar 5, 2023This tiny unit is located directly across from The Park City Ski Resort. Comfortable bed and a beautiful Mountain View , but nowhere to sit except the bed. A great value but could use an update.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great location but weirdly very little choice of restaurants and grocery nearby. Need a car or get used to long walks. Weird smell of cat pee in halls and stairwell was a bit off putting!

Stayed Jan 10, 2023Liked the building and although the room was small for one it was ok. Bed was comfy and washer and drier in building was handy. Loved it's location but puzzled at lack of places to eat nearby! Went to Baja Cantina 3 out of 4 nights! Only down point of Acorn was the rank 'cat piss' smell in halls and stairwell.

Stayed Feb 18, 2022The place is suuuiper small but it fits its purpose. Amazing location, less than 2 blocks from the slopes You have a mini fridge + microwave + coffee machine. You can survive Would add some foldable chairs and table that can be stored under the bed and taken out when needed… but idk if everyone would use them. Check in process was smooth and manager replied really quick to all my messages If coming back to PC will definitely atay here

Stayed Mar 12, 2022Clean and comfortable. Conveniently located within a short walk to Park City Base and to the bus stop that can take you downtown or to other mountains. Bed was comfortable. Room is small but we mostly just slept there.

Stayed Mar 5, 2021This is in a great location with a 5 minute walk to the lifts at Park City and the small village there. Property is very clean and updated. Very cute little room. When I say little, I mean TINY. It's a challenge staying there with 2 people and a bunch of winter/ski gear. Room has small closet and a small dresser which has stuff in it for coffee, remotes, etc. Not really any room to put any clothes in or much of anything on it. Also has a microwave and a small fridge. No way of really cooking/eating meals there as there is no room--no room for a table or anything. Bathroom is ridiculously-small. Shower barely fits one person. I'm a bigger guy and struggled to do much of anything in the shower. Shower drained very slowly (immediately standing in a puddle of water). I reached out to the property manager and they dropped off a bottle of Draino. Could have actually cleared the clog rather than just dropping that off. Main problem was the room was HOT. When I mean hot, I mean HOT! Like 80 degrees+! We had the window open the whole time (even overnight) and it was barely cool enough to sleep. Heat was turned all the way down. I mentioned this to the property manager. They asked whether the heat was turned down--it was--and I never heard anything back. I'd say, good place to stay during warmer months where you're not carrying a bunch of gear. But, during the winter, it's just too small. They do have a ski locker for your stuff but pretty much everywhere stores skis for you in the area--if you rent skis there--so we never used the locker. Had I known it was that small I would have rented somewhere else. Property manager could have done a better job of handling the two things we complained about--slow-draining shower and room too hot.

Stayed Jan 23, 2021Doesn't get any better for two people wanting to stay within a few minute walk of the lifts to get to first chair every day. Nice upgrades and recent remodel - a little small if you want anything else than a bed to rest on but hey, it's a studio! The main village bus station is even closer than the lifts, walk a block and hop on a bus to check out downtown, or head over to Canyons village for a short cut to get to the Orange Bubble ASAP.
