A clean out fee that is charged by Castle Resorts, our onsite property manager, is pre-collected by vrbo at time of booking.
This ground floor unit offers easy access from parking as well as out the lanai to the beautiful spacious grounds. The unit is in building 18 #113 which is centrally located on the spectacular Kiahuna Plantation Resort with convenience to the beach, pool, athletic club, shopping and restaurants. The ceiling fans along with large patio doors and louvred windows draws the cooling trade winds nicely through the condo. Additionally, A/C was installed to help with those days/nights of extra warm temperatures. This one bedroom unit has a California King bed, sofa queen sleeper in the living room and porta-crib available. The kitchen is fully equipped as well as dining both inside or out on the private lanai. Just a 2 minute walk through lusciously landscaped grounds brings you to the very popular Poipu Beach! Enjoy great snorkeling along the coral reefs, boogey board the waves and relax to the spectacular sunsets.
