    Really disappointed that the top bathroom was leaking badly down to the bottom floor. The water mark ran all the way over the bunk beds, so we didn’t even use half the place. You could tell they just patched the ceiling from previous leaks as the tapes used were coming off. The worst part is that for two days I tried to contact the property manager and all I got from the reservation team was that they notified the grounds team and in the second email they said they notified the management, but nobody came by or cared to call.

    We stayed in Tahoe Woods for a Spring Skiing trip. The house is within walking distance of the Heavenly gondola and the shopping center adjacent to Heavenly Village. Only a short drive to the Whole Foods down the street. The house is very large and has great amenities - can definitely fit 2 families with kids. Kitchen was very well stocked.

    The location was great. We could walk to most places. The space/layout was great for our family. There was an ample amount of supplies provided, like toilet paper, soap, etc. It was also very clean. However, this property is run by a company, so you can tell it’s not well loved. The towels could use a trade out as they smelled musty, and you can tell they have been well used. The dryer was very loud when in use. Almost all the outlets in the bathrooms did not work. If they could just do some updates, it would be worth it. I definitely recommend staying here, just be aware that it’s run by a company, not the owners.

    Great location, short walk (even in ski boots) to the heavenly gondola and to the casinos right across state line. Ample room for 8 adults, very clean and full of whatever you may need for a long weekend
