Above the Rest B301: A spacious penthouse with water views

Enjoy commanding views of our island’s nature while being able to walk to everything. Peaceful serenity or a night on the town “Above the Rest” (unit B301) is the best of both worlds. The condo features stunning views, spacious, comfortable, and so relaxing; from the pillow top mattresses in the bedrooms to the over the top stocked cooking kitchens to the balconies with their expansive mangrove estuary water views.

Two bedrooms (each with a queen bed) and a sofabed in the living room sleeps 6 people. A spacious fully appointed kitchen with all the needed appliances, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and plenty of counter space makes meals a snap.

Guests will find the condo very clean and well furnished with a breakfast bar, art décor from the local art community and a master bedroom with a large dresser, spacious master bath featuring double sinks and a tub/shower.

“Your” Natures Landing Condo is the perfect vacation location with an elevator, heated pool, hot tub, grills, picnic tables, fire pit, kayak launching deck, fish cleaning station, and pier for fishing right on the property . There are a lot of activity choices in Cedar Key. Downtown is a mere block away and you can walk or bike to local restaurants, bars, shops, museums, and city beach. Explore the boardwalk, nature trails, kayak, play disc golf or boat to over 13 local islands (keys).

Are you a golfer Play The Chiefland Golf and Country Club – fun and affordable. This 18 hole course is only a short 30 minute drive and no tee times are necessary.

-Please be careful where you park, don't block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic
-Parties and/or events are not allowed
-No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke
-Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal
-$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit
-Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom
-Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance
-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
-Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
-Please do your dishes.
-No illegal substances allowed on premises.
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old or active military.
- ESA and service animals require documentation and adherence to our policies.
- Do not set the AC below 72° or heat above 78°.
