The Black Bear Lodge condominiums by Abode Luxury Rentals are in the heart of Deer Valley Resort's mid-mountain Silver Lake Village, and just a short walk to Sterling Express chairlift and Silver Lake Lodge. This 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo that sleeps 6 features a full kitchen, dining area, and living room with a gas stone fireplace, a perfect and peaceful mountain getaway!



This is a great property for a small family or group to enjoy on a weekend exploring our trails or skiing. Get comfortable into one of the bedrooms that include either a king or a set of queen beds with full ensuite bathrooms with a walk-in shower. If your muscles are tired after adventuring around Park City, you can head out to your private deck to take a dip in your very own hot tub. A desk is available at the master bedroom where you can catch up perfectly for remote working.

    My family ha stayed in the silver lake area for many years. We love the location and the unit! The kitchen was well appointed with updates/nice kitchen tools/appliances. Bathrooms renovated, great board games etc!

    This is a very clean, well maintained, nice condo. It’s about 7 min from all to the slopes. So great to have a hot tub on the porch. We enjoyed everything about it except really missed not having a view and didn’t like staring at the concrete wall of the fire station. Also, when we arrived at 11:30pm, the code didn’t work to get in, but thank goodness I received another code as soon as I texted them and it worked.

    This was a fantastic location. Tiny walk to grab complimentary stored skis at DV Silver Lake and have Apres and Christmas brunch at the Stein across the street. Perfect amount of space. Extremely clean. The Concierge immediately responded every time via text and car service to Main street was super convenient. Mattresses were fantastic and we all slept wonderfully. Rustic is not my usual decor, but this felt so warm and cozy with an authentic mountain feel. It had all of the kitchen utensils and supplies to cook a nice dinner as well. Loved the private hot tub. Location is again 5 star. We were unable to get out due to snow and an accident on the main road the last night, but ordered from Cena which was a 2 minute walk and all enjoyed a nice night in by the fire. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciate how organized Abode was from beginning to end!

    Stayed here as our company filled up all of the rooms of the resort next door. Perfect location with a super clean and beautiful place. Management host were incredible, thanks again for a great experience .

    We liked the unit but missed having any view (other that the fire station wall. Also the gym is in the garage area with no view and limited equipment or ambiance. Fire alarm goes off if a hot shower is taken in the powder room shower.

    Great property. Incredible location, only a few minute walk to Silver Lake Lodge and the slopes. The property was great, clean, and as described. The manager was very helpful as well.
