Abacos 306 is a cute coastal condo located on Scenic Highway 30A, right across the street from the popular Gulf Place Town Center and the Ed Walline Public Beach Access. The condo features three bedrooms, two and a half baths, sunny living space, and two Gulf-facing balconies. Accommodating up to six vacationers, it’s the perfect rental for a family vacation or getaway with friends.

The two-level condo boasts a spacious, open great room on the second floor. It has large windows, comfortable furniture, and parchment-toned flooring. A set of sliding glass doors lead to the breezy balcony, which is furnished with an outdoor table and chairs. The living room seating area is made up of a plush white sectional and an overstuffed armchair facing a flatscreen TV mounted above a coastal-inspired credenza. In the dining area, a circle table and four chairs sit below a modern chandelier. The open kitchen overlooks the living and dining areas. It includes stainless-steel appliances, ample cabinetry, sleek quartz countertops, and a breakfast bar with stool seating.

Three bedrooms are located on the first level. One of these is the primary suite, which features a king-size bed, hardwood dresser, reading corner, and a tray ceiling. The primary bedroom’s private, en-suite bath has dual vanities and a walk-in shower. Each of the two guest bedrooms includes a queen-size bed and access to a balcony with beach views. All three bedrooms include wall-mounted TVs for evening viewing pleasure.

A stay at the Abacos condo complex comes with great vacation amenities. The condo is located across the street from a public beach access, meaning guests can be soaking in emerald-toned waters only minutes after leaving the vacation rental. It also has a gated swimming pool and expansive sun patio, perfect for a refreshing swim or sunbathing. With Gulf Place Town Center next door, you’re within walking distance to a variety of boutiques, specialty shops, and a grassy amphitheater that hosts seasonal events and live music concerts. Try out the casual restaurants like Perfect Pig, Pizza by the Sea, or Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar that are only a minute's walk away. Other nearby, must-visit venues include the magical Village of Baytowne Wharf and the upscale Grand Boulevard shopping center.
